Shame you never got a gold hammy with it, but it seems to do everything good definitely a decent second machine for the money. And I agree with you it’s a Roman well done to Damian. I can see why people like this machine, apart from the price. I first thought that item at 11:00 was a watch winder but the thin end needs to be hollow and it didn`t look like it was, it looks broken. Thanks for the demo, Really enjoyed it. HH & GL

I got this machine from the above company, I chose it as I liked the look of the screen, after one hours use the screen went black, covered with the spikes, sent it back after being told I would get a new one, it was instead sent back to Bulgaria for repair, over four weeks later it was still not returned, and was lost in the post, I got my money back. not a very good experience.
Depends how long you had the machine for before it failed. I know you said after one hours use but often people buy machines but don't manage to get out with it for quite some time. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states that for faulty goods you can ask for a replacement or refund within 30 days. So they should have either replaced the machine or offered you a refund. Not just sent it off for repair and expect the customer to sit and wait. After 30 days you can ask for a repair or replacement and if neither of those work you can then request a refund. All businesses have problems from time to time. It's how they deal with those problems that matters.
Thanks for that, I had it less than a day when it went wrong from the firm in the link, terrible customer service, no info at all, had to say I was going to take them to county court to get my money back, which I would have done. I knew my rights but its hard dealing with people that are messing you about !
Hi Wolf. The GM1+UK is a very simple machine but it's effective. The Deus is far more complicated and sometimes that can give you slight advantages. Both good machines in their own way. ATB MMMD

It's not for me the tones sound horrible I will stick with my deus and gm uk edtion I hate watching screen's a good ear works well for me
