People who can’t admit their wrong/make up excuses for themselves is definitely a huge turn off!
some people can't read for various reasons, dyslexia being the one I know well. A relative can't read and struggles alot with numbers BUT is a very nice and hard working person that has their own home and has done well for themselves. I feel the person who was upset the guy did not know the alphabet had no respect. As much as I like you Kyutie your reaction was mean. please don't be like this.
Maybe Kyutie doesn't realize how some reading disabilities are manifested. I was going out with a guy for ages; we saw a movie that had subtitles. Found out he was completely at sea the entire movie because he had dyslexia. First time he'd ever mentioned it, and his father had been a school principal, so it was a very touchy subject, as it turns out. Met his dad once, he'd retired from being a school principal but not from being an obnoxiously judgemental person at home.
Maybe it’s just me, but it’s a staple even as a dyslexic person to at least know the alphabet
Like I won’t blame you for spelling something wrong, but you can’t just tell me you don’t at least know the alphabet…
@@CookiesAndCreamMC Some people may not. Learning disabilities can be strange. Or "Mr Gorgeous" may simply have been super lazy.
@@Kayenne54 I mean....it is a pretty weird thing to be turned off by imo. Perhaps I'm biased because where I live education is not accessible for everyone economically so it's not surprising to see people who don't even know the alphabet, vowels or vocabulary and more but are definitely if not infinitely smarter and more knowledgeable on certain topics or subjects regarding their occupation that you usually wouldn't be knowledgeable about. So I have expectations that they could've possibly have struggled with education or not. But I understand the turn off at times, there are educated people here who can't even write word correctly.
@@FoolMisinfo I met another mature age man who was almost completely illiterate. He'd been working on the parents' farm from age 4. But he had a photographic memory. One smart cookie, just had a lot of trouble reading. Found out about his photographic memory when I asked how did he find street names, companies to go to, etc.? He'd just drive around and find them (or say something to someone like "Oh is that such and such on street A?" and they'd say "No he's on B street in other suburb" and off he'd go). Learnt to play the accordian by ear, and was quietly brilliant at it.
On my first date with my bf he was driving. It was storming on and off. We were on a windy road. He was hitting some of the turns a little fast for my liking, especially with the rain and all. I asked him to slow down and told him I felt uncomfortable. He apologized and slowed down. He’s a keeper.
when they don't push back the chair in a restaurant, it's always the little things for me
yhh this is fair and also great dazai pfp
I heard about this disgusting case on the news of this 18 year old girl who literally drove 100 mph into a brick building unaliving both her boyfriend and his friend who was sitting in the back. She however lived and she is now serving 15 years to life in prison.
unfortunately, this is real.
This happened fairly close to where I live. I also heard that she posted a TikTok or Instagram or something afterwards saying how people on dr*gs survive serious car accidents. Disgusting.
I heard about this too, all because she didn't want her bf to break up with her. I saw pictures of the crash and thought "there's no way someone could survive that"
As a k-pop and K-drama fan I always get that one . And yes it's a huge turn off . Even as a friend . A guy used to talk to me , when I said I like k-pop he literally threw a fit .
6:28, that story reminds me of whenever my period comes so late than usual. I keep thinking that I'm pregnant, then to i don't have a boyfriend at all, to when is my period going to come. All in one day.
The only time the K-drama thing ever turned me off someone was when it was combined with "I only like dramas." It basically came out on the first date that we had nothing in common, and where I could probably watch a romance/drama without much issue, she would NEVER be able to do the same for my interests. She hated action, history (non-drama) and horror movies. She didn't like any music that could be considered aggressive (found it frightening) and only liked cute things. It was just a whole lot of "I would need to shelve everything I enjoy if I pursue this" going through my head. It was such a shame because she was intelligent, polite, kind and beautiful, I just couldn't see it working when I wouldn't be able to have any of my interests within arm's reach.
Um look at your username
@@soshimizu Looking... ☺️
@@badateverything5392 all right, as long as you have a sense of humor \ can laugh at yourself
@@soshimizu Lol, if I didn't laugh I'd cry 😂😭😂
Having different types interests is okay as long you each respect the others' interests. I also think the exposure to things she didn't like but you did might have changed her mind. A lot of people don't realize something they like is categorised under the label of something they think they dislike - for example, The Mummy (1999) is considered a horror, and as a non-horror fan it's a favourite of mine
I like a person with a good heart, manners and who treats others with respect, oh and great sence if humor is a must!❤
For the one in the thumbnail, I’m mentally disabled, but I still know the alphabet. I feel bad for the guy, though. Like, I’m imagining if someone ever got turned off by me because I can’t read an analogue clock, or tie my own shoelaces, or leave the house on my own, etc. I’d never be able to find anyone because of my disability, but that’s just a hypothetical situation. I’m 19, but I wouldn’t be surprised if I had a mental age younger than 10.
Hey kyutie I just wanted to say youre videos raised me as a kid and its nice to see youre still making content!
Mikasa's so bad
I am a Canadian American and I love watching all types of shows and movies. Russian, German, British, Korean, Norwegian, and I especially love Japanese shows and movies too!! Plus by watching all of them I have learned so many other languages!!
I found a song I really liked and had my SO (at the time) listen to it. He shook his head and told me that wasn't my kind of music. Pretty sure he thought a friend he didn't care for suggested it, which is why he attempted to convince me it wasn't something I liked. I told him I really liked it, and he continued to argue with me that I didn't. (it was Dragonfly by Shaman's Harvest. if anyone's curious)
Lmao "hey I think this song's pretty good what do-" "Nuh uh!"
I think mine with my ex was the reason of our break up. She loved me a lot, but not enough to wait for my consent/being ready to... you know. And after she still wanted us to be best friends
AHHH NOSTALGIA I HAVENT WATCHED U IN SO LONG IM SO GLAD UR STILL MAKING VIDEOS I LOVE YEWW
Many people have learning disabilities, and some people also didn't get the education they should have growing up, sometimes not even the most basic education.
Yeah. I feel bad for the guy that didn’t know the alphabet because I’m mentally disabled. I know the alphabet, but I can’t read an analogue clock, tie my own shoelaces, leave the house on my own because I’ll just cluelessly wander into the road or get lost, etc. I’m never gonna be in a relationship because of my disability, but I’d be pretty hurt if someone got turned off by me because of it. I was born with it.
For the alphabet story, can the guy still spell without knowing the alphabet?
(I Googled this and no results came up)
My dad did something similar with the car, my mom didn’t like how fast he was going on the highway so he slammed the pedal and started driving as fast as he could legally and started weaving. I started having a panic attack and crying and all he said was it was just a joke. I never wanted to have him be the driver again.
Wow I have never been that early haha. Love your videos! Thanks for the short intros they make your videos more enjoyable than all the other videos with long ass intros
1:46 wonder if that hot guy had a reading disability?
Or was poorly homeschooled!
@@nancyomalley6286 At least from limited research I've done, and heard about (here in Australia), young folk home-schooled here are usually one or more years AHEAD scholastically than their peers who came up through the usual system. It's always up to the parents though, isn't it? the breadth and depth of how their kids are educated. Usually home schooled here is "distance education", = remote learning . Which has been in place here for those who live far away from formal schools, since 1914, and has equipped young people to excel in any career or job. Australia already had a working model for home education of kids before pandemics. Many of them go to boarding schools in bigger regional cities (or major cities) once they reach high school age, but I've seen stories on many of them who pretty much skipped most of high school to go straight to University from primary school age. From a remote cattle station in far west Queensland, and far better educated than their city-schooled peers. Also they had far more real life experience.
@@Kayenne54 True. I'm just concerned that this particular young man's parents weren't prepared or had the skills to teach him, or worse, they only taught him what THEY wanted him to learn (they could have been total wingnuts with conspiracy theories)
@@nancyomalley6286 Lol. That's true too! Like I said, the breadth and depth of "home education" or indeed, any education, is still the responsibility of the parents. Their attitude to learning influences kids. What they say is "important" is where kids will focus, at least while younger.
Kdramas are fun. People who hate on them are missing out.
real
If he/she is a nice person in general, thats always a Turn On. In my opinion a turn off is when a person refuses to talk to me (doesnt talk much) You know if youre trying so hard to be nice, and the other Person just pushes you aside. ,Nobody wants to feel ignored i guess.👍 Its sometimes like a Invisible Wall between me and People. 😅
LOVE your vids, Kyutie ! 😁
The only pet peeve I have with my husband is that he tends to reveal my "bad habits" (me staying up late mostly) when a family member or in-law talks about bedtime routines or something similar. It's a minor thing, but I have asked him to not mention it too much, because my mom tends to latch onto that and berate me even though I am an adult (30 years old). I don't bad-mouth my husband to his parents either. The exception is of course if it's a long-ongoing family joke that everyone is okay with being told all over again, and everyone laughs at it without feeling bothered, which is crucial.
My favorite k drama or c drama is battle through the heavens.
People turned off by illiteracy are such an ick
I WAS WAITING
I love your videos they always make my day.
Kyutie, I am genuinely disappointed and horrified with the attitude you took over the whole not knowing the alphabet. As someone with very controlled dyslexia I didn't know the alphabet until I had nearly turned 18, even now in my 20s I can only recite/remember the alphabet as a song. It took a lot of work to get to where I am and your reaction was like a slap calling me dumb when in reality, through no fault of my own, it just simply takes me a bit longer.
In future please remember some things are out of people's control.
ok but she didn't know geez
@@kadeemhoyte1117 Which is why I commented, so she could know for future and not make the same mistake. If no one ever tells her then how would she ever know
"horrified" 😭 but I still agree with u
u look amazing as always!!!
He didn't know the alphabet? Isn't that first grade stuff, or even kindergarten level?
Not everyone gets to go to first grade, or even kindergarten. And even the ones that do can still have a reading disability.
@@QuokkaWaka It depends on where you live. Every country I've lived in has had compulsory education.
NOTIFICATION SQUAD WHERE YOU AT?!
I know alphabet. But I don't know "alphabet"s of mine language( not remembering the order), most people who didn't have to teach kid's alphabet recently, or aren't preparing for government job don't remember it.
Most of us just know em in sprinkling around order.
Oh yeah, I can remember my ex making fun of my band choice and told me the group were just using Auto-tunes... I was annoyed at the time and didn't know if it was true. I didn't bother looking at it but I do remember his friends smirking when he boasts that I believe in every word he says. I know, what a jerk. I thought it was just a cute teasing but now I realized that it's an insult to what I like so he can make himself look good/cool.
The alphabet guy might be dyslexic, nothing he can do about it.
I love your videos kyutie

How are you doing? How are you feeling? In the very first story, this is a major turn off for me because it's like when she starts an argument with someone else and then she just randomly expects you to jump right in the argument too and automatically be on her side. In the second story, going through a truly stressful situation like that only to find that your "so called partner" is completely against you, makes you realize real quick that they were never the right one for you to begin with. In the third story, those people are very condescending, mean, rude, and just so uncaring of other people's feelings. In the fourth story, if he didn't know the alphabet then how exactly did he get access to the bar, or any other place in his areas? In the sixth story, this man right here is completely toxic. In the seventh story, I absolutely can't stand people like this because I'm struggling you see me struggling, but instead of offering to help me you just would prefer to film me struggling. I can't stand Tiktok. In the eighth story, I know all about this to well because I have been in some long distance relationships before, and I would literally be texting her so much that it literally felt like I was in a relationship with myself. Sadly all of the women whom I was in a long distance relationship with, they barely ever texted me back. I love you my dear sweet friend!! Have a great day!! Stay safe!!
