Great job finding some gold! It is always great to be able to go outside and enjoy the outdoors doing something you love. To suck up the pay dirt from those deep cracks I use a battery powered dewalt shop vac it is small/light and works wet and dry it would be a great investment for you on that claim. May I offer some constructive criticism, you are spending a very long time digging out this area and it is a lot of work. The easiest part and most rewarding and I might say relaxing is panning. Slow down, try not to fill that pan up to the brim, when you are shaking go side to side then when you wave try not to do it so aggressively if you have large rocks rinse them and pick them out. One thing I noticed is you would shake a couple times then wave around 20×. I would recommend waving 10× to 12× then shake again. Also around 4:55 those peices of bedrock that you throw out try rinsing them off in a bucket first. I was panning for about 4 years and thought I knew what I was doing. I was invited to a class and man did it humble me really fast. I was loosing around 1/5th of the gold from panning incorrectly a old timer helped me work out my mistakes and I am very grateful for that. Try brushing up on your panning technique, watch some videos go take a class and socialize with other gold hunters. If you spend 30 minutes digging out a pan full of pay dirt it is well worth it to slow down and take your time on what really matters getting all the gold out and not losing a 1/5th of it like I did. Good luck 👍

There are people that go to the high end side of town and scrap up the stuff that's down in sidewalk crevices. They then sift/pan and some time's find little piece's of gold. Compared to most people panning digging around he actually finds quite a lot of gold, it is obvious 99% of you have never been to the river or the wilderness creeks and rivers in the high mountains and therefore do not recognize what rocks look like, I'm not a geologist nor am I a gamer, but I do know what the wild rivers and creeks look like ,and I assure you that is not a petrified tree and you may be right that is not bedrock either it is called shale rock and it falls apart quite easily and it is jagged and it is also called slate and it is in thin pieces it can compress together, just like plywood, easily pulled apart and broken apart, true bedrock is usually very solid and can be 10 to feet deep and wide or even hundreds of feet and would take dynamite to blow apart, but the rock that you see him prying apart is called shale rock and it is easily plied apart and it is everywhere on the river beds in the wild mountains and it is not petrified wood, he has a legal right to do what he is doing he is on Bureau of Land Management federal land, called a gold claims for $120 a year per 20-acre parcel in California United States of America, in Northern California there are thousands of abandoned gold claims that you can easily see the federal documentation that is staked out anyone can take that information to the Bureau of Land Management and pay for that claim, you are not allowed to destroy bedrock or do what is called highbanking dredging and a variety of other old mining techniques and movement of land in California without a claim but since he has a claim he's allowed to do what he is doing,
I've never been gold hunting. We don't have any easy gold in this Mississippi mud. It does seem to me that a metal detector and crowbar, shovel would work great next to the old timers holes/ crevices they missed. Great videos.
Yeah but specks of gold is better than no gold at all, its like pennies if you have 100 pennies it makes a dollar and 100×10=1000 dollars. You see my logic. If you save everything it can make something big.

I'm hoping one day you will find a great big nugget.. good luck...😊
That rock you're trying to move looks like petrified wood...
K Kates I was thinking the same .
Exactly what i thought lol
where?
Exactly
I would love to see your gold collection.
I plan to do a 'show and tell' style video once I retrieve the rest of what I have from the deposit box! :D
Man I love all the candy you find Pauly, carry on
I think you lose just as much as you find.dumping right back in the water.
You underestimate the weight of gold, and the pans grooved design..
Those garrett super sluice have a 95 or higher present capture rate.
Compared to most people panning digging around he actually finds quite a lot of gold, it is obvious 99% of you have never been to the river or the wilderness creeks and rivers in the high mountains and therefore do not recognize what rocks look like, I'm not a geologist nor am I a gamer, but I do know what the wild rivers and creeks look like ,and I assure you that is not a petrified tree and you may be right that is not bedrock either it is called shale rock and it falls apart quite easily and it is jagged and it is also called slate and it is in thin pieces it can compress together, just like plywood, easily pulled apart and broken apart, true bedrock is usually very solid and can be 10 to feet deep and wide or even hundreds of feet and would take dynamite to blow apart, but the rock that you see him prying apart is called shale rock and it is easily plied apart and it is everywhere on the river beds in the wild mountains and it is not petrified wood, he has a legal right to do what he is doing he is on Bureau of Land Management federal land, called a gold claims for $120 a year per 20-acre parcel in California United States of America, in Northern California there are thousands of abandoned gold claims that you can easily see the federal documentation that is staked out anyone can take that information to the Bureau of Land Management and pay for that claim, you are not allowed to destroy bedrock or do what is called highbanking dredging and a variety of other old mining techniques and movement of land in California without a claim but since he has a claim he's allowed to do what he is doing,
Finally somebody who gets it! Thank you. If I saw a petrified tree I wouldn't (and couldn't) be breaking it up.
by far the best show on gold ! he is awesome !
No body:
Minecraft players: Nah gold isn’t worth it 😂
Gent Potera i'm a minecraft player sense 2012 and all i'm caring about is the fact he broke BEDROCK
He's also a vampire by night
I've never been gold hunting. We don't have any easy gold in this Mississippi mud. It does seem to me that a metal detector and crowbar, shovel would work great next to the old timers holes/ crevices they missed. Great videos.
Why cant you just keep every piece of gold no matter the size and smelt it all down into a big bar.
Because that would be too much work. My generation is so damn lazy. I can't stand it lol
Yeah but specks of gold is better than no gold at all, its like pennies if you have 100 pennies it makes a dollar and 100×10=1000 dollars. You see my logic. If you save everything it can make something big.
ScalyManFish bro 100 dollars makes 100 dollars 💀😂

PionnerPauly you are great gold hunting!
Pauly: Breaks through bedrock
Me a Minecraft Veteran: Wait, that’s illegal.
Parkkm7 lol hahah but it’s not illegal in java but how come the bedrock edition you can’t break bedrock but you can in the non bedrock editions.
Like the comment you posted
@@gtraceleague8082 u cant break bedrock in java edition
Didn't your mom tell you you can do anything!
And Minecraft thought me that bedrock can't be broken...
The bedrock you were trying to remove is probably a fossilized tree.
Keep the gold, send me some big hunks of bedrock along with some boulders!
Pauley I sometimes think that you are losing half of your gold ? Mm
Yes, he is... sad to say, but true.
Good to say,,,he lost a gold,,,of half,,he lose
Pauly miss watching you i love watching you crevice for gold. Of course your great at sniping when your up to it again.💜
Wish I had beautiful fangs like his...((swooning)) so pretty
Blah blah blah
Ik this is off topic but bro you got one of the best sets of teeth I've ever seen... I would pay tens of thousands of bucks to have fangs like that. Dope
If you've got tens of thousands of dollars, you can pay a dentist to give you that, and even get change back.
I'm like.. "that car number plate looks really familiar.."
New South Wales!
I live there!.. here.. 😁
Love your work brother!
Yourself, Vogus and Hurd keep me going when I can't escape to scratch for colour.
Keep them coming.
Food for my soul. 🍔
your panning is not very careful- I bet you've lost more than you've found
Wheres your channel? Id like to see how you do it.
Can't really loose much it's heavy and sinks to the bottom
@@robsnider83 your an idiot...
@@brandondeangibbs8541 as long as the bit of gold fits through his mesh, if it doesn't fit through the mesh he throws it blindly in the river.
