Not compulsory to salute when national anthem is played but it is compulsory to salute during flag hoisting ceremony so here when the national anthem was played those in uniform are not obliged to salute but some of them did maybe in confusion or just habit

I have been near this Presl palace. I love parades , their style of marching is British, I' ve heard so much about the martial valor of the Gurkhas, not much with the Sikhs
