He was one of the best presidents I’ve ever seen in my 70 years. You could listen to him, he spoke eloquently (unlike Trump) and was at times even witty. Obviously all presidents make mistakes and Obama is no exception - it’s a tough job! Yet he always managed to pull it off with grace and dignity. It’s a shame the anti-social racists and bigots couldn’t see that. It made me laugh when Trump wanted to repeal Obamacare and his supporters were saying things like “I don’t need Obamacare, I have the ACA”. Really?! Even as a non-American I knew that “Obamacare” was just the nickname given to the ACA.

I have admired Dr Fauci since his work with patients during the AIDS crisis. As a nurse, I know what he and his team did to help these patients and I will always hold him in high esteem.

Well said. I have worked in Infectious Disease Control as a Nurse Consultant on the State level. I and my colleagues all admire Dr Fauci. He is extremely knowledgeable and what I say a real physician.

They are. I gave thousands of COVID shots working in my pharmacy and a bunch of clinics around the Chicago area. Even here, there were people that have a problem with him. More than a few who called it Faucci's ouchy while i gave it to their kids. I told them that later they should look into what George Washington said about making everyone get the smallpox vaccine. Every president that comes across a bad disease orders them. Starting with number 1. George said people weren't getting it because it messed some people up. He had to order it and to paraphrase- i don't like doing it but im not letting babies stop this shot from saving the whole human population.

I grew up in the 50's and vividly remember the local "drug store" and have a deep respect for pharmacists who went beyond the call.
As I watched the interview with Dr. Fauci I could not stop the feeling of intense gratitude for an individual who literally "gave his all" to help the common man. I was genuinely fixated on the material presented from Dr. Fauci's book. I reached adulthood during the terrible epidemic brought about by the HIV. I recall the terrible stigma it brought to people who only wanted to live for a cure.
The world needs more selfless individuals willing to do the impossible for the common man !!
Dr. Fauci is indeed a hero of the highest caliber. He stands as a symbol of professionalism that shall continue through his teaching.

A man who has achieved more than that awful Congressional (non) representative (MTG) has even the mental capacity to grasp, much less understand. I am not a doctor or a scientist so it is difficult for me to understand about COVID other than what I've read. Dr. Fauci is a credit to our country and the world. He and his team worked diligently at a time when there was immense pressure due to the number of people dying worldwide. To have a vaccine developed and tested in 11 months is incredible. I don't blame him for retiring. He's earned it after working in public service into his early 80s.
Fauci funded research that created Covid. Fauci is a criminal and belongs in prison.
