Cluster Headaches and New Flooring (or excuses for why I haven’t uploaded).

Starting the day after my last upload, I began suffering from cluster headaches. I get these about once a year (usually around the beginning of December). I was dealing with them nightly for around five weeks, maybe six. I even had to be admitted to the hospital at one point. During that time I went on vacation to Oregon and also began working on putting in new flooring in my house (which I’ve almost completed). The time has been crazy and I wish I could have been skating, especially with what little time we get here in the upper midwest, but I had to do what was best for my health. Hopefully the rest of the summer and fall will be great.

There's a nerve that gets enflamed where the skull connects to the spine. I used to crack my neck my whole life and used to cause them. Stopped cracking neck and they went away, pretty much. Now they come even when I don't crack my neck but rather move my head the wrong way. Haven't had a cluster in like 2 years but they're mo'fucking back right the fuck now. Good luck, brother. I just deal and wait for them to pass. Ibuprofen and any given antihistamine pill helps me get through them if I catch them quick. As you can guess, I'm taking pills every 2 hours so there's that.
