Love the monster villager mod, but if you want to make it WAY darker then you can download the mod that turns everyone into a ghost and shows the villagers bodies dead all around town :)

Abandoned bride is obviously a reference to Ms. Havisham from Charles Dickens Great Expectations. The cake with spiders would be a great addition to her room.
Ms. Havisham is pretty much the only character I remember from that book so that’s amazing

The true horror of Stardew Valley is focusing on marrying one character and having a bunch of cute scenes and growing attached to their story, then marrying them and being horrified at the limited interaction you now have. The true horror of every open world game with relationship mechanics.

So I was watching this, when i looked for these mods i ended up finding a mod that allows you to marry the older people in the game. I ended up marrying Lewis, Linus, and Willy My heart is melting. The mods name is Looking for love. Its kinda strange.
