I want to buy and there's a lot of builder, but I don't think there's a place that aggregates updated information on incentives each offers. I could afford a new home build if they have a lower interest rate. Thank you!
Who wants to live in Goodyear at 400k for a 3b 2b, honestly? It’s the same problem, inventory. When the Fed does cut rates, which will be waaaaaaay down the road, bidding wars will start again and prices will rise again. Then rinse, repeat. Who’s selling their sub 3% to go to a 6-7% mortgage. Creative financing, emergency sale, maybe. This cycle could take a decade to wash out.
Praying, absolutely praying, that this trend continues. If it does, I think that other parts of Phoenix will follow suit which is desperately needed
