hope you guys are as happy as i am that the study diaries are back. i’ve said this before but these are honestly some of my favourite videos to make and i’m so excited to take you guys along with me as i start college. this first week was a bit of a mess, yes, but it was also a much-needed fresh start. to be frank, i spent most of my time in the library but now that i’ve finished my second week, i’m slowly but surely getting used to this new school and this new routine. it’s definitely a big change and it’s not been easy to get used to this new schedule (especially while trying to manage my channel at the same time) but i’ve been accepting this change with open arms ; i feel like it’s made me a lot more inspired and motivated to try new things and i’m looking forward to the memories i’ll share with you on here. thanks for sticking with me and tuning in, i hope that you enjoyed this video and i’ll talk to you in the next one!

how does the transition from hs to college work in canada? i'm curious haha 😅
i know it’s confusing the way i explain it haha 😅 basically, high school is also called secondary school and it lasts 5 years. then you go to cegep (aka college) for 2 years if you’re doing a pre-university program (which is what i’m doing) or you can do a technique which lasts 3 years and after that you can get a job directly…hope that was somewhat clear haha but basically in high school they help you choose whatever college you want to go to and you can send an application to one french cégep and one in english.

@@ep5451 the education system is different, like its similar to the UK where I live, you go to school up until you're 16, and then go to college for two years (or an apprenticeship) and then you can go to university or get a job
