Hi John, I watched the video in one sitting and enjoyed it very much! Big thanks for all the hard work you've done and the inspirations you gave me to change some things on my own Sgt. York build 💓

I am 45 and I still have all my late 80s-early 90s tank models. Most I got from my dad. I packed them up 20 years ago and haven't unpacked them since. Many of them are unfished and need redone as well. I actually have this very model. Maybe one day I'll get them out and enjoy restoring them.

Your video has shown me the virtues of this particular subject. I wish Ihad obtained this kit when it was initially available. Hopefully, Tamiya gives consideration to reissuing this kit. 1:26:49

Concerng the engine deck and grilles of the Tamiya kit, it's actually from an earlier prototype as is the turretfront and placement of hinges for the acceshatches for ammostorage and feedingchutes , plus the smokedischargers. and the number of visionblocks for the commander.and other detail differences (a swivelmount for an M60 mg, two ejectionports for spent ammocasings, not one as given in the kit).
