Nice. I built something similar. I use a Ronstan swivel pulley so I can work unilaterally and get more instability. One long rope that goes through the pulley with the 2 handles secured with prusik knots.
I loved your original setup. Suspension training gave me a good range of progression and regression for the upper body. I like a static climbing rope for that main line.
So many people underestimate what a suspension trainer can accomplish. And even better is a DIY version like you made.

I made a nice set of your prusik trainers a while ago. They've been a great little addition to the fintess arsenal especially when on the go!
thank you

Thanks for the info! You're right about NOSSK, great products! I have a couple of different ones from them.
Been awhile for a DIY video
Brilliant!
Fantastic, and quite affordable!!! Cheers
I use iron chains instead of ropes.
#Lateral - I'm //seriously// considering a DIY "multi-dimension" workout machine using my *_very nice_* programmable rowing machine as base.
My technique must suck. I use rings at the gym and the straps rub against my forearms.
