Ours is a democratic country. Leaders and parties have the fear only if they are forced to approach the people. If there are no elections of any kind ,state, by elections, muncipal, panchayat etc. Then what kind of rule they render. In our present condition are we having the leaders like gandhi, mandela, Abraham Lincoln. Or having leaders like godse, hitler? If we have leaders like gandhi there may be no problem. Otherwise entire 5 yrs think of it. No remedy to come out of any autocratic rule if at all. For the upliftment and safeguarding the democracy election expenditure is not at all a matter.
