1. 用咗大澳某個品牌嘅鹹魚醬;
2. 將土魷剪碎加入肉碎裏面;
3. 將混合咗嘅材料,直接放晒入煎pan(冇加油),冇整成球狀。
非常偷懶,但係已經好好味!

多謝Ricky San 細心講解👍 見到都流晒口水!但係外國冇鯪魚肉,我試過唔同嘅白魚肉但都未能找到比較接近嘅魚肉!請問可以用蝦肉代替鯪魚肉呢?
除咗飲酒之外,冇跟晒所有嘢,最主要跟咗只有鹹魚、豬肉、鯪魚肉,只撈勻,乜調味、粉都冇落,剩係臨尾加少少欖油喺面,250g 左右豬腩肉剁碎,加上次打邊爐剩低80g 鯪魚肉,越南油浸鹹魚一片,蒸咗12分鐘,焗1分鐘(純粹因為炒梗菜要暖住個肉餅),不得之了。
這樣真的好好👍味下洒菜非常正飲杯🍻🍻🥂🥂🍾️🍾️恭喜20萬訂閱恭喜🍾️🎉恭喜🎉🍾️❤👍👍💪💪🙏🙏🌈🌈

蒸肉餅我會加少少水去「拿」,蒸出嚟一定滑。用鮫有腥味但馬友就冇。如果先煎香,搣開撈入已「拿」好嘅碎豬肉⋯煎出嚟肉餅好香😋我有時忘記落粉⋯效果都一樣 😊如果自己剁,我會肥瘦分開剁⋯蒸出來效果最正😊
不過好喜歡Ricky嘅做法,簡單冇壓力,輕鬆美味⋯最重要係⋯⋯有台型😂😂😂

肉餅成了快餐,是一道被highly underrated 的菜,而Ricky 肉餅背後全是心機,單係把鹹魚剔骨都好花時間。這一個肉餅,鹽都不放,只用鹹魚和薑絲調味;不加澱粉,只靠鯪魚去粘合,成份好純真,吃起來有年代感和家的味道。(80克鹹魚有點太多,我個人覺得落30克夠晒鹹了,純個人口味)
