  • The Conference Board's U.S. Leading Economic Index is a warning sign predicting guaranteed losses and a massive recession right around the corner. Greedflation is spiking as corporate profits rise at the same time as costs, which means higher inflation, tighter monetary policy and potentially a depression.

Inflation is far more harmful to individuals than a collapsing stock or property market because it directly affects people's cost of living, which they immediately feel. It is not surprising that the current market sentiment is extremely pessimistic. In today's economy, assistance is critical if we are to survive.

It’s always a good option to keep some gold. Well with the current market situation and everything at stake with the present economy, I’d say you’re better off staying away from stocks fr awhile or better still reach out to an adviser for guidance.

Indeed! Economic downturns present abundant prospects for individuals without prior wealth to construct their fortunes from the ground up. Nonetheless, if you seek a high-yielding outcome, it might be beneficial to seek guidance from an investment planner with expertise in the field.

This is what they are predicting but the mass majority all said this will happen if we default on our debt. The closer we get the debt limit the more it will affect the stock market. What is going on now with the economy is mirroring the economy between 1972-1974.
Most have cut back on what they are buying and you only have to look at the car market to get a feel of what is going on. Building of homes has slowed as lumber prices are at 2017 prices. The majority of lumber mills are in curtailment (temporarily closing)

Even if the market goes down 20%, it's still a lot higher than a few years ago. The point is stock market crashes are temporary or short term. After each crash, the market goes up pretty quickly and sets off for another surge. Over the long term, it does better than gold.

Michael, I've been watching your videos for a while now since I found your channel a few months back and I enjoy them. Honesty though as far as retirement is concerned I think you are correct and incorrect on the common belief that is out there.
    1. People will need MILLIONS to retire. I think most people are extrapolating the current trend into infinity and think it will go on forever BUT, DEFLATION will change all that and everyone's thinking.
    2. As for retiring being a thing of the past, you are probably correct because of all the things you said about the stock market. Since most all have our retirement hopes vested in that "giant casino", I think most will end up losing it all if not the majority of it hence the working for life.

I would use the fund to buy 2 to 3 entries level home 🏡 and rent it out also get better in return come time to sell

The real issue we face is not the Stock Market. You are correct about it being a Casino however.
The real issue we are facing is the collapse of the not Federal, not Reserve, Federal Reserve currency unit.
The Ponzie Dollar unbridled counterfeit operation by the Bankster's, insures it will collapse. As it collapses, everything priced in those "dollars" will also collapse. Read Thomas Jefferson on Private Banks.

I enjoyed your discussions of the various topics that affect the Florida/Miami real estate market, and "walked" along with you. I found one more thing to like your talk - because you were a former scout and you applied what you've learned from scouting.
I found there are a number of similarities between the Florida/Miami and Nevada/Las Vegas real estate markets. For example, there is no state income tax; both locations have strong tourist industries; both locations do not have sufficient high paying jobs for the locals to afford the multi-million dollar houses/condos (many of the listings are catered for people from other states or countries); and both locations are very hot in the summer. For the three houses you've shown in this video, those sellers (especially the one tripled the price in 3 years) had wishful thinking that some tourists will take the bait. Those sellers should be reminded that the people who can afford that kind of price are smarter than them.

More to mention than I have time for but you are on the right track and the days are numbered for commercial home owners. Man claims 6 months to recover but unfortunately the Creator doesn't agree because humans have still learned absolutely nothing. This may change with dramatic life altering changes in the forward godly direction but there is less than a 1% chance that it would happen, 0.007% chance humans would pull their heads out of their butt before it's too late and remove the cancer known as the USG and the system enabling it but that would only be just the start of a necessary change. Think bigger and more forward, choosing only areas to live in that can sustain themselves independent of the societal infrastructure & grids, away from coasts & borders and on land you can produce the food you need and a means to defend it from the single largest threat to humans & earth, the USG. Malachi 4:1-6 NKJ. All were given multiple choices, and most have failed.
