Ten snímá teplotu na hotendu, Protože w1209 podává skrze diodu zkreslenou informaci o teplotě. Pokud budeš umět měřit teplotu třeba kuchyňským teploměrem, tuhle součástku potřebovat nebudeš :-). Je to jen informační panel pro tebe... S tím partlistem budu muset něco udělat, protože je v tom opravdu ještě chaos. Někteří dokonce píší, že teploměr nejde objednat z USA atd... Je to na levačku, ale vyřeším to :-)

the thermometer off amazon has this little crew on the metal part of the thermometer. How do i take it off?

One question for termostat what coming with display, is it any way to replace that one with some PT termostat, what I found model of the original termostat is K Type Thermocouple, I don't know is that same what is like PT?, I found solution how to install termostat, not like how you did it to put on top of the block, I come on idea to find block what have two holes for termostat, one with ball head, small one and another one with pipe and that one I put in block, problem is need to be hole 1mm wider, because of termostat pipe, and I trying to find another termostat who have 3mm dimension and in that way I no need to extend hole of the block.

Yes, I was found a new solution too. It will be great a K type thermostat with no thermo sensor addition and half price than w1209+ thermometer. But now Im waiting till delivery. I will post a new solution ASAP. Im so curious for your idea♥️👍
@@OndrejSraitr woooohooo, waiting for your new project video 😁, well, so far working ok, measure temperature good only when I put thermostat inside block trough hole what I need to extend 1mm. Model of the hot block is for all metal swiss , only that model of the block have two holes for thermostat.
Do you need the display or can you just use the temp controller

@@OndrejSraitr I found the same controller but it comes with a sensor but no display and it just seems like a waste to get both because as I see it the display doesn't do much it's just a pass through and the actual sensor is attached to it
If I'm wrong dont hesitate to tell me I am 🤣 I haven't done much stuff like this
But you have to know, that the module with display (w1209) will not show a real temperature 😉. this is the reason why we need to use another one. But if you can measure temp externally (some alternative method) you dont need to use it.

there are no free holes. if you don't already have the parts, you should get the ones for the petamentor 2, the module over there does the job of both the temperature regulator and the thermometer here, so the existing holes suffice.
you could drill a new hole. what i did was put two heatblocks up against eachother, that way i have more heat capacity as well. but i'm not done so i haven't tested it yet.
Can use input 24volt?
