I have an XLX2/1100kv in my Kraton EXB but decided to make the most of my current setup and retain the MAX6 in my Felony and now have upgraded from the 2050kv motor to the matching Hobbywing 1650kv…so 27p gave you 108mph…did you end up running the higher 29p as I’m keen to understand if you had cutout with higher gearing?
I did run 29T but I did not get the same speeds, it limits the car at high speeds, got better results with 27T every single time. Have in mind I'm running stock center diff, so that might be something to consider, I'd say maybe go solid on your center, I heard the felony doesn't like the spool though
@@2010alex1994 I’ve gone 500k/1M/500k for my diffs f/c/r but haven’t tested it yet…1M centre should be good! Did you play with your ESC settings (punch, timing etc) or did you leave this on stock settings? I’m about to run 24p/46s on my rigs maiden voyage (haven’t driven it yet) - what top speed should I expect on 8s?
@@Marko_Radojcic I did, I upped the punch to max, and timing to max. Seemed to give me the best speed. On 24T you'll probably get 85 mph or so, if you run high C rating batteries. I was running 150C SMC lipos on those runs, except the 8S those were I believe 100 C zee lipos
@@2010alex1994 I guess also keep in mind that the Felony is not aerodynamic (shoe box) hence wouldn’t expect to hit the same top speed as say the Limitless haha

How’s that system running on 8s I have that combo in all my rigs kraton outcast an felony but never tried 8s only 6s
