In many countries it is prohibited by wastewater threatment authority unless you not have additional filtering systems with oil separators. Or you just sort out biowaste recycle bin. If you have house you might separate compostable stuff as well into your home compost.

Honestly I think the sitting during credits is awesome and I wish people did that more often.. the end credit music and all can really help me just.. take a break before I go back to the crowded halls or streets or whatever.. but it's interrupted by either people shuffling and gathering their stuff or the people I go there with who start getting ready and put pressure on me because they'd have to wait for me if I stayed oh and the occasional extra post-credit scenes, that too.

We don’t have garbage disposals in sinks in Australia, yet we never have sink clogging problems, we don’t need catchers or whatever we just don’t do things like that, the sink isn’t for food waste the bin is, stuff from unfinished plates can usually be handled by the drain, unless big pieces than you just put that in the bin u scape it into before putting into the sink leaving small amounts of stuff , that’s how most of the world does it
I'm too broke for a garbage disposal, as someone upstate from NYC, so any chunks of leftover food aren't going down our drain. It's a little expensive to afford declogging agents, atm...
Yeah but in the US we’re not given any days off work, sometimes not even for a death in the family, or pregnancy (unless you work for a very few companies). We need that extra time lol
To be fair 99% of Americans clogs are either from hot grease or tampons being flushed. It's honestly embarrassing how many women think they can just fish them, even with the warning on the box!

@@gabrielapeter5412 yippee!
I can handle the end credits...What I can't handle is a half hour prior to the film; theater commercials and endless film trailers ugh
@@valleya6114 I don’t mind the trailers, it’s playing the same 3 commercials on repeat before the trailers
Same here! It also feels more respectful for the hundreds of people who worked on the film. Every time I go to the movies with my sister, we're like "I didn't come here for the film, I came here for *insert audio assistant's name*"
The end credits are fascinating. So many names for one movie, so much effort and work put into it, I find it respectful as well to sit till the end.
i dont
Also if you watch a good movie you wanna let it sink in and maybe even contemplate about it in retrospective.
99% of people only watch the end credits hope to not miss any extra scenes lol
@@aarojor182 this is why I wait 2 weeks before because people would normally say it has extra scenes at the end.
@@aarojor182 It kinda makes me wonder if that was one of the reasons they started doing that to begin with. Just like a way to incentivize reading the credits. Even now that a lot of movies have slowed down on that, I'll still stick around and read through them.
You are a Disney princess....
Literally ❤
As someone who lived in the US their entire life I have never had a garbage disposal and also use those traps to catch food. I didn't realize I was the odd one. Also I visited Japan once and thought the signals for the trains were so good. I also loved the convenience store food! But we mainly only had the sandwiches. I would never get an egg salad or tuna sandwich from the store at home but omg were they incredible over there.
Many people I know including myself don’t have garbage disposals either. (In the U.S.
In many countries it is prohibited by wastewater threatment authority unless you not have additional filtering systems with oil separators.
Or you just sort out biowaste recycle bin. If you have house you might separate compostable stuff as well into your home compost.
@@rybaluc You shouldn't need an oil separator as you shouldn't be putting any oil or grease down your sink to begin with and any small quantity that goes down would go down whether you have a disposal or not, though like I said it should be as close to zero as possible.
I didn't grow up with garbage disposal but since going to Japan, I REALLY missed the metal drain covers in the sink. Easy pick up, empty in the trash, and replace.
Why would you even have food in the sink? Are you all just throwing food away?
Dude those collab food things look legitimally amazing going there to get one and it being gone would be so heartbreaking oh my goodness 😭😭
I always sit thru all the credits. Love them!!! 😍
That sink mesh sounds awesome! Need them for my apartment sink and honestly wish we could use them at my job
I've recently discovered your channel and I can't stop watching you. I'm foreign and I've been learning both English and Japanese, since I'd like to go to Japan to teach English or whatever language, like you. Keep up! I really love your content and you're so beautiful!
i love credits. i sit there relaxed enjoy the music wait for others to leave then leave relaxed instead of crowded. plus the music is lovely and i get to see what they put in credits. ive seen some funny stuff in credits.
Yes
Plannin on visting japan in either 2025 or 26 so advice like this seems helpful. Got a friend who used to work there and plans to go with me so i will hopefully have a cultural guide while there as well
"Always use protection...... For ur sink" got me laughing my soul out
I love ur videos. Keep going
I often sit through the credits at home. I like the music and seeing the filming locations.
MCU has trained me to sit through the credits. I do it with all movies now even at home when 1st time watching 😅
And the bloopers!
Same. The streaming services always want to jump you to the next thing or the menu, even when you turn that setting off!! We enjoy looking for funny nicknames or our family names. We even watch the Korean or Chinese credits because it amuses me to see the vfx studios that have such fun names sometimes.
Yes
from the protection, to the birds, to the credits this video was just… delightful 😅 and that’s not a word I use often
The bird thing is incredible
Omggg I love the ACNH Roost reference! I would definitely wanna try it 😄
I love the way they stay behind to watch the credits in the theatre. It shows respect to the people who made the film.
Same. It is important to recognize movies/shows are made by team work! We should have credits for everything we buy :)
Agreed! It's something I always do, it's nice to see who made the movie plus it's part of the movie!
Those who respect films do it in the US too.
WHO GIVES A SHIT
@maureenwesley3236 I have no doubt and I know that people who respct films do the same all over the world.
Nah you’d have to hold me at gunpoint to make me sit through the end credits of a movie
Facts, no one is going to tell me I can't leave a movie theater with a ticket that I paid for
@@heres.ray64 I mean it’s not like they can’t leave, it’s just rude to leave. And as foreigners, you could probably just leave.
@@heres.ray64i think she just meant if you're staying for a potential after credits scene that you have to be quiet, not that you're expected to stay until the credits are done
@@StevenMcSteveuh no, she meant exactly what she said. In Japan you’re expected to be silent through the entire movie and sit through the entire credits out of respect for the filmmakers
I'm from Europe and it's just respectful and interesting to sit through the credits and see who actually poured their time and love into the movie you just watched. Seems so weird to just instantly leave once the movie is over; you don't even leave yourself time to think about what you just watched and reflect on it.
Honestly I think the sitting during credits is awesome and I wish people did that more often.. the end credit music and all can really help me just.. take a break before I go back to the crowded halls or streets or whatever.. but it's interrupted by either people shuffling and gathering their stuff or the people I go there with who start getting ready and put pressure on me because they'd have to wait for me if I stayed
oh and the occasional extra post-credit scenes, that too.
I too watch the entire experience. I do not like when people are rushing in front of me to run out.
No. Movie's over. I'm out.
@@cat_city2009 please don't go in front of the screen you're not the protagonist
Cool but I'm still out. Like y'all can sit there idk
@@Emppu_T.and O B V I O U S L Y would leave respectfully. Why in the hell would I be walking in front of the screen and not trying to leave with some respect bro
I luv your content ☺️
The bird noises to help people find the exit is so cool! What a fun way to help the disabled!
The last one feels alright if the movie has a good music during the credits
Hey I already enjoy sitting through the credits and reading the names of the crew as a way to give appreciation to them for their work... xD
Ok using bird sounds to guide people to the exits of subways is both really cute and really helpful
End credits . I love them . My youngest use to hate seeing movies with me because I’d watch the end credits . I think the talented people who make these movies should be respected
"Always use protection" and I saw the baggy, I was like damnnnnnnnnnnnn how can she take him/it. 😂😂😂
It 💀
God I hate how Americans say baggie
@@georginacat7667 baggie or baggy?
She took it like a pro
😂😂😂
We don’t have garbage disposals in sinks in Australia, yet we never have sink clogging problems, we don’t need catchers or whatever we just don’t do things like that, the sink isn’t for food waste the bin is, stuff from unfinished plates can usually be handled by the drain, unless big pieces than you just put that in the bin u scape it into before putting into the sink leaving small amounts of stuff , that’s how most of the world does it
We do that too in America but our sinks are shaped differently, so we have to use the garbage disposal to clean it out kind of every once in a while
I’m just saying we don’t dump whole pieces of food down the drain and grind it up
I'm too broke for a garbage disposal, as someone upstate from NYC, so any chunks of leftover food aren't going down our drain.
You made my view on Japan different and because of that I’ve been wanting to go and live there
I lived in Cambridge, MA in the 1980s-90s. Not only did people sit through the credits at the 3 local theaters-the Brattle, the Orson Wells, and the Harvard Square-they also applauded at the end.
Hey I was at the brattle recently, I got an award for an animation I made there
@@MrJodrick Wow! That’s is so incredible. Congratulations. So I imagine your audience sat through the credits and applauded at the end? Is there anyway I can watch your film? Is the Casablanca still next door? Really great you actually did a film AND got an award, always been my dream to do something like that. So great.
@nolu0000 haha its a very short film, all animation and vfx majors had to make one in a semester, I have yet to make it public, and thank you
Nah the first one 💀
Here in Europe I've never even seen a single 'garbage disposal' thing in a sink. It's a weird concept tbh
We have a catcher for ours but my European husband just turns it over into the drain ?!? Why bother with the catcher then?
It's a US thing, I don't think I've ever seen it outside of fancy apartments in SG
because he's lazy, just like me sometimes, but you're supposed to throw it in the compost bin
I had one in my first house in London. It was new in 1990.
@@eiPderF just sticking to his european settings
In the Netherlands garbage disposals aren’t commen either but we just have metal food catchers (idk what else to call them) kinda built in, you take them out, empty them and put them back
Marvel fans wait in Cinema too, you never know what will happen.
Personally I do it with any movie. Not reading anything and not because I paid for it, but because you can sit and do something like immediate recap. You review it based you immediate emotions right after that movie with minimum distortion. Definitely recommend that.
You are so pretty ! Love your hair !
That birds chirping is GENIUS
I love that pointed out the accessibility purpose behind the "birds!" So few ppl realize that making the world more accessible is useful for EVERYONE
The exit birds are so terrifying for literally no reason, peak infinite horror survival game concept.
I'm American and never saw a sink with a garbage disposal until I was 13 or 14, I thought it was just a movie thing 💀
OK but I love end credits! has the best songs!
Think hunger games, the famous 'can't catch me now' song... is a end credit song!
What i felt watching the video: 😀🤨😮😀🐦😊🤨😮😀
Huh... when my siblings and I went to Japan last winter, we were told by some locals that the bird chirping noises in the stations were to ward off rodents 😅. I'd have to confirm with my siblings, but we had just accepted it as true then 😂
THOUGH, the accessibility and guiding function sounds way more reasonable
They are to identify a stairwell, neither this creator nor your friend are correct x
Omg imagine everyone sitting through 10-20 min of end credits on silent mode like its the actual film still
It is part of the film though
@@goddessstarla but silently tho? You can read the names if u want n other people can whisper. Like a library. Thats insane ur expected to say nothing
@TheMRBIGD36 it's no more than being quiet while watching the movie? It's just respectful.
@@goddessstarla its credits bro, it isn't apart of the movie, its just an extra 10 mins for 10,000 names nobody is gonna remember besides the director producer n actors. Its literally just for the people who worked on the film n wanna show there friends n family there name on the big screen.
@TheMRBIGD36 If it wasn't a part of a movie, it wouldn't be there.
THE ACNH CUP AHHH SO CUTE!!!!❤❤❤❤❤
I need it lol
had to scroll to find this, the brewster cup is something i need
The first one I wasn’t paying attention and when I heard “protection” I was like “WHAT”
Love love love the complete silence in the movie theatre. Def my dream situation lol
"Always use protection"
Hmmm sure
I always sit through the end credits. Lol. Glad I'll know and prefer a rule if I visit.
As an American.. my hubby and I ALWAYS sit through the end credits.. all those people did that work for our entertainment!! They deserve that much respect!! I even do that on TV.. I liked in the olden days where they actually did it in the BEGINNING! Then ya HAD to watch them all!!!
I’m for the US and I always sit through credits and try to read as many of the names as possible. So many people work to make our films and I feel like it’s respectful to watch until the very end.
One thing i'm so tired of on social media are the topics Japan and respect. It's like they're doing a brainwashing campaign.
Wait til you meet all the egotistical people that made the movies. They’re all high on themselves. Even the gaffe tape boy has an ego. No thanks
oh my gosh she's otherworldly beautiful 😭
My friend went to America and she said you guys stand up and clap and cheer after a film at the cinema...we don't do that in the UK
That’s not a generality. That barely happens
I'm a Yankee nearly 60 years old and I've NEVER clapped after a movie nor seen anyone that did!! js
Never seen that happen, but I could picture something like that after a Star Wars movie or something
For the end part, Im a huge movie nerd who loves to see what's at the very end, even if its just some logos. So that still sounds awesome!
as much as I admire Japan, I'm binging these shorts also because I'm ridiculously enthralled by how beautiful this woman is. not even simping.
I never use protection. Ask my sink.
Are you on the “raw” food diet?
i absolutely love how accommodating Japan is for those with special needs!
and women
........no- those with mental disabilities are heavily not prioritised
I love the end credits. You can learn the songwriters or bloopers.
I’m legally blind and as soon as you mentioned something that makes people with visual impairments have an easier time, I actually went “Yay, accessibility!” Haha
“You have to sit there through the entire credits” jokes on you im into that. Hah I want to bring every person I seen leave early to this place now 😂
Meanwhile CDawgVA: *casually walks out of the theater after the movie* 🍸🗿
I NEED THAT BREWSTER COFFEE NOWWWW
"always use protection"
*Proceeds to show something that resembles an anti-children device*
The movie thing, is more a respect to those that made the movie. If you leave during the credits you are basically saying "i don't value your contribution to the movie i just watched". so that's why i find it odd some sites allow you to "skip intro/outro", even if you can't read the credits, staying shows respect.
Sry but no on the movie one... if nature's calling I'm booking it
Omg the animal crossing coffee cup 😢❤
I gotta pee at the end of the movie. I can IMBD the cast later. I already supported the movie monetarily and me sitting there does nothing for the cast or crew.
Some advice, that bird sound is actually very funny 😀
I LOVE this cute edition❤
Just happy to see this video..
This is how Japan is..
And how is food store..
Thanks for sharing..
Well.. obviously.. is better to see is place only for person has possiblity..
