    Dude you are an absolute legend. I’ve watched 30 videos on setting up this feature and no one explains the phone numbers at all, which makes explaining the rest kind of pointless haha so thank you

    Great video. This setup of the custom phone number is overlooked or not talked about in most of the setup videos.
    Another thing that nobody talks about is having that business change their number EVERYWHERE, website, google business, etc.

      @@jasonedwardstv I have the same thought. The requirement to change phone numbers and obtain an EIN may require significant trust-building and explanation for a service priced at only $97. How do you overcome this?

    Man I literally just have everyone tell me that they don’t miss any calls or they don’t miss enough calls. That’s what I hear 100% of the time. Idk how anyone sells this service

    Great video! Whenever you get the chance a video on how to setup the A2P registration would be great! I’ve also gotten numbers approved within 1-2 days and they’re ready to use! But when it comes to the client having an EIN number it gets rejected not sure why?

    Hi just checked this out a moment ago and I have a question. How easy is it to explain to business owners that they will have to begin sharing a brand new number? I can see how this could be easy for brand new business owners but those who are established and have had their number for years, I’m not so sure. Any tips?

      Great question! What typically happens is you just switch the number that is on their Google profile first. And possibly their website. They can keep their existing number, but when someone calls the number you gave them, you just forward the calls to their current number.
      Then after a month or so, you can show them all the calls got tracked and you were also able to do a missed call / text back for the number you gave them.
      That usually gives them confidence to start giving out the new number.
      At the end up the day, I just call it a marketing tracking number, so we can help you capture more leads.
      Hopefully that helps.

    Thanks for the videos…how is this a few minutes to setup with the A2P registration wait? Am I missing something

      The setup takes a few minutes. I didn’t factor in waiting time for approval since you aren’t really doing anything. And often I’ve gotten A2P approval instantly or within the hour.

    If these are new leads calling me don't they need to opt in to receive text messages from me before I can text them back even if its a missed call?

      It seems that if they make the initiating call, then the business can text them back. There is a disclaimer on the initial outgoing text that says they can reply STOP to unsubscribe from texts.

    Hi, how do they receive the new numver call on their own phone?

      It just forwards to their current number. It only takes a couple of seconds to set that part up.

      Their response will be sent to an inbox where your client will be able to respond via their laptop or even their phone using the Lead Connector app. This inbox can receive messages from your clients social media platforms, emails, chat widgets, calls and texts. So your client can have all of their leads in one place!
