You have to have the milk container installed on there for the other options to light up. If it’s still not on, maybe something isn’t right with your unit.
This is proving the point that I have been trying to make in other videos about this machine. You are not saying it, but I can tell that you are disappointed with the overall strength of the coffee. It looks ridiculously weak, even though it looks to me like you did everything correctly. Mine looks just like that, highly disappointing. I guess mine is going back. That much coffee fine grounded should be richer looking than that. Would you agree? By the way, I like your wall color. Mine is exactly the same😂
I’ve contacted CS today, got my email and explained. Did recorded 10 min video on Sunday of how the coffee maker wasn’t brewing at all. They will ask for the model number The date number The receipt of purchase
I just bought one and yes the coffee came so watery double or single. Plus mine have a leak of water from the bottom of the machine. For lots of problems i think this came out for sale. Its not worth it.

Mine it doesn’t display the screen except espresso one

Mines doesn’t make the sound neither anything. It will just return back to seeing all the options
You might want to check the troubleshooting part in the manual. And try again. It does take some time before it’s warmed up.
