Best practice is to use AI notetaker like fathom or fireflies depending on what your client's preference preference is. If you're using the premium versions of the app, then there's no need to ask another AI tool to summarize your call otherwise copy the entire transcript and then have AI(gemini or chatgpt) to summarize, note highlights, tasks etc.
