- It’s been a long year waiting on parts and trying to get time to work on the beater. We decided to change the whole setup this year and we are very pleased with the way The Beater turned out. So now that the build is complete.... IT'S DYNO TIME!! We head to @GregsTuningOperation in Sikeston Mo to see just what kinda power The Beaters new combo made.

Last, but not least, I'd like to thank all of my local haters... without you guys this wouldn't be possible. You know who you are. If you have made it this far and are wandering about the dyno numbers it made 850 on 15 pounds.
its 3 years old but your about the only guy on you tube thats running a decent turbo and a 94mm, not too shabby at 850hp at 15lbs, don't worry about the losers bagging you bro your doing good things and you video is very helpful to me as I'm building a 427ls with 98mm turbo
When the fuel pump is louder than the truck your fixing to get gapped..lol
Had one guy tell me that my fuel pump made more HP that his car 😂
@@Mikefoster81 More than mine too, Stock 190hp K5 Blazer LOL. Building a 370 LQ4 and 4l80e now for it.
Badass little S-10 fuel pump is hella loud 😂👌🏻👌🏻
well mike foster i dont know you but you seem like a damn nice guy nice truck keep us posted on your progress
What cubic inches, how does it spool on the street?
370 inches and spools just fine. Holley efi has a little something to do with that as well.
I've never understood the point of dyno vids with no numbers posted. Was looking forward to the numbers the 94 made...
Made 813 at 4000 rpm. We found some issues that we have since then worked out and have not had a chance to go back.. just ask I’ll tell anything.
@@Mikefoster81 hell yeah, can't wait till next time.
@@Mikefoster81 Sounds like its just gettin going at 4k but 813? Damn.
@@Mikefoster81 I guess I should’ve asked about rpm here lol
@@Mikefoster81 I keep looking at turbo setups and I like them, right now i'm running a 641 hp. N/A pump gas 398 stroker in my 94 Sonoma ext cab but I know the heads would love a turbo set up. That is one nasty truck you got going on there.
Where ya from man, I seen the Missouri license plate. I live in about mid the middle of Mo
Sikeston 💪

Bad ass dude, truck is killer ! I’m in northwest mo and have been looking at swapping a first gen s10.
That's one bad ass S10, I've got a 1990 v8 old school carb no turbo I need help with as I'm Fighting piancretitse
Don't give up on your fight you can do it
Lmao, Not quite what i have, but i do have a turbo 4 banger sonoma. Props to the hard work you put into this thing
Anything to help with cooling the IAT's? I saw you said it was pump E85. Im curious about non intercooled set ups like this. Im in the process of building one myself. I like these little square s10 trucks. I had and 87 when I was a kid.
You know that’s something iv never had issues with. Iv tried a couple diff sensors and locations but just never really had to worry about it. End of a pass most of my data logs it will be under 120
Mike Foster So your EFI no meth no innercooler just e85? What’s the boost level at?
No sir no nothing. Pretty common that this motor sees 25-28 pounds
Mike Foster Well thanks for answering my questions man! My turbo is much smaller so I’m sure we’ll have a bit of temp in it but guess we’ll see
Yea don’t take anything I say to heart cause none of my stuff is normal at all ha
Are you running a high stall converter? What rpm range?
It will flash somewhere around 6200
Is it a lock up? How'd you only make a pull to 4000rpm if it flashes to 6000?
What size is the turbo? 94/103 or 94/108?
No it’s the 94/113
I dont no which is louder the fuel pump or the engine 😀
It got even louder since I had it freshened up lol
Where did you get your roll pan from
It’s just an eBay special
@@Mikefoster81 what did your truck dyno at
@@devinp6208 only made 800 at 4900rpms on 6 pounds. We had some problems that couldn’t be fixed on the dyno had to take it back to the shop and work on it
@@Mikefoster81 this is on stock lq4 bottom end?
@@scutchnuts 30 over but basically stock bottom end
MOST people that are in the market for a turbo see the 94mm/dyno in the title and expect to see the numbers..Big fkn deal a dyno pull....WOW
Would you sale this truck as it sits?
Never thought about it?
@@Mikefoster81 put a price on it ?
You serious?
Dead ass
What wheels are these
Billet specialties and the tire is a Hoosier DR 2 drag radial
What size front wheel n tire
17 with a 27.5 tall 4.5 wide tire
Can I get tire size
27.5 by 4.5 is the tire size. It a front runner
Mike Foster ok sorry
What rear end is in there
It’s a quick performance 9 inch. 370 gears
What gears should I run in my c1500 with 9in 6.0 ls 80mm billet turbo etc will be street/strip truck
1995 ls obs cody man I’m no expert in this field at all. It all depends on HP and weight of vehicles. I’ve swapped a few times till I found something that worked for me. In the end I went with a 3.70 gear
Internals stock?
Every bit of it
Stock 243 heads? Great build 👍🏼👍🏼
@@scutchnuts no 317’s
@@Mikefoster81 ahh! I thought it was a 5.3!
@@Mikefoster81 how high did you rev this motor? That 5.3 seemed to spool it fairly well!
Fuel pump whine would drive me nuts
Ypu must not like fast cars. Inline pumps(the kind fast cars run) are loud.
@@matt6951 keyboard warrior over here!!!! I simply said it would drive me nuts. Didn't talk shit or say anything bad. Grow up
@@KamronLsx cries like a baby on the internet, tells me to grow up.. 🤔👌😂
@@matt6951 my comment obviously hit one of your nerves lol. Hope your day gets better
@@KamronLsx same to you. "Grow up"
