Puebla is perhaps the most historical and heroic city in the country, in this city many transcendental things have happened, such as; It was the first city in America founded (1531) only for Spaniards (the coat of arms of the Spanish crown still remains on the facade of the cathedral). In independence it was the first liberated capital, in 1847 it was besieged by the us army (and had a American governor the only one of mx), in 1862 was the scene of the battle of puebla vs the French army (Mexican victory) in 1863 the French return and besiege the city for months where it was almost completely destroyed, in 1867 Porfirio Díaz expelled the French is our day of victory, in 1910 it was the cradle of the revolution with the Serdan brothers, and not to mention the gastronomy that is along with that of Oaxaca and Yucatan, the best in the country, and is currently one of the cities with the highest growth in country, and as an extra data this city and state has been the birthplace of a lot of talent in music, journalism, acting, entrepreneurs, sports, presidents, up to youtubers
J'adore votre vlogs! Je suis Americain-Mexicain. J'ai fait mes études l'année dernière à Montpellier. Vive la France et le Mexique! Mes pays préfères pour toujours! Merci pour vos vidéos splendides!
Of course I did! I visited many cities, though, Montpellier will forever have my heart because I lived many great moments there. And I meet many great individuals such as yourself! I love France, and Mexico. Also there are many "hidden" treasures (Homages) from both countries in each others cities. Especially their capitals! In Mexico City for example there is a Parisian-style metro entrence (el metro de bellas artes); and in Notre-Dame de Paris there's an altar to La virgen de Guadalupe, decorated with two huge Mexican flags. And Barcelonette and the "Villas Mexicaines!" their relation to Mexico. And the Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera frequent expos in the country, La place de Mexico, and the paintings of Cristobal de Villalpando in some of Frances' temples and cathedrals. Such as his "adoracíon de los pastores" in Notre-dame de la gare in Paris!
That looks so pretty and colorful! We have never been to Puebla, but we live in Puerto Vallarta! I need to look up and see how far it is from here to there! Loved the video and just subscribed!
I'll be visiting there in March with my boyfriend, as he's from Puebla! (Meeting the family for the first time, hehe.) I loved this video! It's such a beautiful place! By the way, what is the song at 2:22? I love it!
Is it your first time in Puebla?? It's lovely! Go to Cholula too!! The song is Mariachiando from Doug Maxwell/Jimmy Fontanez Don't forget to subscribe :)
Hi !
