- “โต๊ะ” นักศึกษาชั้นปีที่สอง เอกภาพยนตร์และภาพนิ่ง ของมหาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง จากเด็กนักศึกษาธรรมดา หน้าตาเนิร์ดๆ มีความสุขกับการถ่ายรูปและใช้ชีวิตอยู่กับเพื่อนๆ ก็มีอันต้องเปลี่ยนไป เมื่อเขานึกสนุกเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกวดภาพถ่ายของชมรม photoclub ในหัวข้อ The magic of love
ด้วยเพราะหน้าตาแสนธรรมดาของหนุ่มแว่น ทำให้โต๊ะไม่เคยมีความรักมาก่อน เขาไม่สามารถตีโจทย์ที่ได้รับมาแตก จนกระทั่งได้พบกับ “เหนือ” รุ่นพี่ปีสามผู้มีดีกรีเป็นถึงเดือนมหาลัย จากการตามเพื่อนไปเชียร์แข่งบาสเก็ตบอล โต๊ะถ่ายภาพเหนือระหว่างแข่งขัน ท่ามกลางเสียงเชียร์และผู้คนมากมาย เขาตั้งชื่อภาพว่า YOU ARE THE MAGIC และส่งรูปนั้นเข้าประกวดจนชนะการแข่งขัน มันควรจะจบลงแค่นั้น แต่โต๊ะกลับตกหลุมรักเหนือเข้าให้อย่างจัง
เพราะความธรรมดาอย่างหาที่เปรียบไม่ได้ของตัวเองเมื่อเทียบกับอดีตเดือนมหาลัยที่มีดีทุกอย่างอย่างเหนือ โต๊ะจึงเลือกที่มองอยู่ห่างๆ หลบในมุมของตัวเอง คอยติดตามข่าวคราว ความเคลื่อนไหว โดยมีเพื่อนสนิทในก๊วนให้ความช่วยเหลือ ตามถ่ายรูป อัดรูปมาติดกำแพงห้อง เก็บของที่ระลึกเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เท่าที่พอจะหาได้ รู้ตัวอีกทีโต๊ะก็กลายเป็นคนแอบรักแบบเต็มขั้น
ความรักของโต๊ะควรดำเนินไปแบบนั้น แต่จู่ๆ โอกาสก็หล่นตุ๊บมาตรงหน้า เมื่อเหนือต้องการจ้างคนที่ถ่ายรูป you are the magic เป็นตากล้องในงานวันเกิดน้องสาว ทำให้ทั้งสองคนได้ทำความรู้จักกัน ความรักของโต๊ะจะเป็นอย่างไรต่อไปติดตามได้ใน #แอบหลงรักเดอะซีรีส์

I'm loving how they showed different types of couples. It's my first time seeing a gay, lesbian, trans and straight couple in one frame. This should be done often. It's more natural and so beautiful.
The most non toxic couples in BL history~ every single one of them!! All green flags, especially Sky & Nuea 💓

FON AND KHONGKWAN BEST GIRLS!!!! how am I screaming the most about their little cheek kiss lmaooo everytime theyre just standing next to each other I'm more excited than the other couples make out sessions lmaooo
Nuea and Toh played by Billy and Seng flawlessly but we can't stop from gushing over sky ×Jao, InTouch× daisy and even our straight couple Tor and som and GL couple, everything is so wholesome here . The actors embodied the characters in fact all the actors made the characters come alive. This is a show where you would get hope , joy and love and inspiration. Going to miss the dorkiness of Toh and group. They showed friendship, love and relationships, perspective of attitude towards many things in such a way that would set an standard . This is the most positive attitude show ever. Every single character is memorable and lovely. Going to miss them and I am sure I am going to rewatch more than I count whenever I would have a bad day. They have the power to cheer you up! I wish they all get another project together if not want to watch more development of the characters or anything. Just want to watch them more somehow.
I like the fact that Sky and Jao got as much airtime as Nuea and Toh Which in a lot of BL’s the side couple don’t get as much attention. I started out disliking this series but I gave it a chance and it grew on me and that rarely happens.
Toh and Nuea's story is wonderful - but Sky and Jao completely stole my heart. Sky's facial expressions and his constant surprise every time Jao shows a little bit of love is absolutely heartwarming. You just see everything Sky is feeling in his eyes. I would love to see Heng and Surprise as ML in a series - they're so cute together.
The fact that sky got really emotional after receiving gift from jao made it more pure... And well done Toh same resort same room 😁😁
I love all the representations of the LGBT community we had in this series. From a trans relationship, to gay and lesbian relationships, to a heterosexual relationship. It just comes to show that all love is the same and it can be as diverse and wonderful at it is shown here. By the way, it is implied that Nuea is Bi (he had a relationship with a girl previously to Toh)

When I first started this show I really wasn’t not expecting to be so emotionally attached to these characters, I’m literally obsessed with how genuinely healthy this show is
Does this series need a season 2? No
Okay waterworks were definitely working on this part. Both SkyJao and NueaToh had me bawling from happiness. When Jao gave Sky the present and they showed what it was, I could help but cry of happiness and feeling sentimental. I cried harder when Jao apologized for being annoying and boring him with overthinking and Sky reassured him that wasn't the case. Hell I even cried when Jao called Sky his star 😭.
