I feel like in Wild, the “generically good” decks are starting to take shape based on the most pushed card archetypes for each class. Druid as a class is all about ramp, big minions, and generating extra bodies through spells. I think this deck most embodies what Druid is all about, being a big ramp deck into a costly minion win condition while surviving along the way through minions generated usually through spells and massive armor gain. In short, this is the most Druid deck that ever Druid’d imo.
Thats an interesting take on the druid class in wild. In the Last couple of years for me druid was mostly either ignoring the concept of mana and cards entirely or death by a thousand bites of little critters and trees. I like your line of thinking way more than my experience tho...
It changed extremely over the years tbf. Ramp was always a part of Druids identity, I clearly remember the days when innervating into Yeti was considered as the most oppressive thing in Hearthstone. Or later innervating into the tiny bot which always seemed to pull Ragnaros from the hand. After that Druid evolved more and more into the typical combo class, Ramp was still there but less important because all what they did was to finish you off with Force of Nature/Savage Roar. I'm happy that Ramp into huge stuff is somewhat back on the table even though it feels a ton like Mana cheating these days.
To be fair I made a standard version of this, and was confused when I had a 2nd cthub in my hand. Theoretically you could have 3 c'thun and play them over two turns.
I'm leaving my typo because it's kind of funny, but I just realized I believe 5 cthuns is possible if you solar eclipse the copy cards (possibly 7 with some lucky nature studies). This is almost certainly unnecessary and you will certainly loose if you attempt, but it is hilarious.
Was that really the best they could do for the mana tray? No secondary mana bar "growing" with leaves and branches below the first? No doubled-up half-sized mana crystals? No.. overflowing crystals jammed into the bar? I get that mobile players would probably have to go without but not even a cool particle effect down there on PC?
@@Kylex63 visual bugs are not our fault, it's blizzards for not updating their shitty client in years. also, you cannot say to me that there is an overabundance of effects when the Devs have said before that it's "part of the hearthstone experience". If that thought otherwise, cards like rat king might actually see play.
Hey i just wanted to say something, yes the first quest warrior misplayed a lot, but against a cthun deck with a quest reward out, he probably thought the only way to lose was if u played cthun, so he gained armor to play around it.
Probably not worth, you can get +2 extra cthuns just by playing moonlit guidance for 2 mana or even solar eclipse it if you play against an odd warrior or something and you need extra gas.
making a new account is a great way to make any deck you want from scratch and also you’ll be pretty much guaranteed to hit legend from the huge star bonus you get after completing the apprentice ranks
The only Druid deck Starfall was good in was Uldum Quest. Even going all the way back to classic Hearthstone, Starfall just doesn't have high enough damage output for 5 mana.
C'Thun the Shattered Hero Guff, Auctionmaster Beardo, Kael'thas, and Omu. But the feature card is Jury Rigged Carpenter and Capture the ColdTooth Mines Splitting mines lets you get Kael'thus and a Zero Mana card for setup or both sides of nourish. And Moonlite guidance Lets you get an extra copy of any keypiece like Omu for 2 40 mana turns. Somethings pulling at my heart for not runing a bigger draw spell with him but i wanted to only have 4 cards with higher cmc then guff (omu guff, 2 nourish) was playing Oaken summons package but it would just pull jerry rig.

Tried it, it's pretty damn fun to play, my favorite controll deck so far.. It's favored against hunter and warlock, and 50-50 against pirate warrior also.. If someone wanna enjoy the game and has more braincells than 3, play this instead of warrior :D
What was so bad about that Pirate Warrior using their hero power to stay above 30hp? They didn't know about the Moonlit, so if they had survived the C'thun, those few lost minions wouldn't have mattered
I'm always eager to watch Roffle's videos because I know plenty of people in the health system who require replacement brains, and thankfully Roffle's opponents are often brain donors.

Druid has mostly been combo and tokens in recent years.
It does (IMO) have the most egregious Druid spells that have graced standard all in one deck. So ye, it pretty druid

Yeah I was wondering about that. Just make every crystal past 10 be green and you use the green crystal covering first.
