I think it's interesting that it's often mentioned that ppl having panick attacks often feel like they're going to die because of their heart palpitations or shortness of breath, but personally after having a lot of them I expect the symptoms and recognise the panic attack right away, but it's as if the adrenaline is making my brain think I'm going to die rather than being any one physical symptom (perhaps the loss of control in that moment feels like an ultimate loss of control, resulting in death)
I had something recently where my heart suddenly started feeling really fast and my face went really hot and I panicked and stood up and just tried taking a deep breath and it stopped fairly soon after. Do you know what that could’ve been and why it happened?
@kammo9935 Sounds like a panic attack to me. Usually when I have one, I feel really off like something is wrong very suddenly, and then my heart rate immediately starts to increase, sometimes going up to 140 BPM, and I feel like I'm going to faint and/or die. But I've also had it where I was so overwhelmed that my skin was burning everywhere. You mostly won't expect one even when you feel quite anxious, and sometimes you don't think you're that anxious in the first place. The only other option is food intolerance from my experience, which affects me a lot and often gives me a red face and heart palpitations, so if you have any reflux or stomach problems it could possibly be that, but it's all related. This is just my experience tho
@@bethanyroche8927ah ok. I also had random sharp belly pain that got worse when I lay down in the bed which I rarely have had before and the only thing I think it could’ve been is that I had ibuprofen a few hours before and also had dinner with chipotle paste so do you think those things could’ve caused it? So hard to know what causes what cos there’s so many different things in the body etc
@kammo9935 lol I mean I'm no doctor but if you had Chipotle it might be a stomach issue like trapped gas or IBS which is very common if you have anxiety lol I have terrible acid reflux and it causes loads of issues like aches in my arms and legs and always gives me horrendous anxiety so maybe look into it
I have anxiety & very sore legs. I don’t think my meds are working . I also feel I’m falling forward & I fell yesterday . I do deep breathing and meditation but I can’t get feeling better .
