So good to see you back with videos. The enameling on those spoons is so beautiful. (BTW: Guilloche is pronounced "gee-oh-shay". I know, nothing like it's spelled. I wouldn't have known except for Antiques Roadshow UK. ) I also love seeing your sterling finds.
I sure have missed you! Your searches, finds (and rejections) and all the information you share are always helpful and inspirational! The only related activity I did this spring and summer was visit a monthly estate/yard sale (near our farmers market, Saturdays) and buy jewelry that was easily recognized as silver due to markings. I trust the seller, but she says that some people can smell when something is silver. Me, I don't have a nose for that nor the experience to fall back on. Mostly I don't want to try to sell or barter with a bit of unmarked jewelry by claiming, "hey, trust me -- can't you _smell_ it's silver...?" Perhaps you can cover some more of the hints you look for when trying to decide what to buy while thrifting.

How do you pay the 99 cents without Penny's in Canada?
Hi, if by cash, we round up to the closest nickel. If by credit card or debit then we still go by exact amount.
You have any social media’s to contact you about coins and such? I wanna ask about your Sycee and other silver bits.
