Great video! I met Marshall Brodien at the Jacob Javitts Center (NYC) toy show years ago, and got my first "TV Magic" cards when I was about 10. (Rode my bike to Woolworth's 5 & 10, Mom punished me for going alone. lol) Older brother had the plain blue box magic set (early 70's?) which I STILL HAVE! - I got the one with the record about 10 years later... What a thrill to see this! - Thanks for sharing this! Let him know his "magic" helped me turn pro. Thanks again!
One of my favorite Bozo skits was when Cooky was placing a handkerchief over walnuts and smashing them with a hammer. During the skit, Cooky accidentally smashes Spiffy's watch, and Wizzo magically fixes it, good as new.
I remember that one. The other wizzo bit that made laugh so hard was the one where bozo made wiz mad by being too loud so wiz put a spell on him to make everything he did loud. Between Andy missing sound cues, the water drinking effect, and the fly sound I don’t think I ever saw Joey try so hard to keep a straight face in a bit then in that one
I had a deck too. My "magic card" was the five of hearts.
