All those going through a Spiritual Awakening experience, keep hearing the term "ascension" and dimensions - 4D and 5D - and about the new 5D earth, however for many it is quite confusing.
Yes the quantum concepts like these are difficult to explain.

This is literally the most fascinating thing to ever become a part of my life.
On some days I feel happy and optimistic.. On some others, I feel tired, sleepy, my head is too heavy, like a boiling pot, as if I have been thinking for hours! So frustrating! 🤯

Ugh.. the good ole "head in the pressure cooker" feeling.. don't you just love it?
This feeling is associated with crown, third eye, or throat chakra expansions depending on where in the head you're having the most pressure.
The physical symptoms are just a byproduct of the energetic clearings and activations.

Thank you Pradnya ji. What I have understood that in olden times religion, spirituality was by default part of life. As the times changing religion and spiritual knowledge is destroying. The last 2-3 generations have confused spirituality with ritualism. Spirituality, religion is almost destroyed. It seems like divine has figured out another way to awaken people that is through opposite gender or love through opposite gender. Divine will some how make us understand.

I completely resonate with all what you r saying specially the last part. Even if when I feel emotional pain, something in me keeps on saying not to worry, something bigger is going to happen which my mind is unable to comprehend now but when I'll see things retrospectively, all dots will be connected and the bigger purpose of our existence will somehow be guided through people like u.

Pradnyaa, if I may suggest, a mathematical model for shifting from dimension to dimension may be a path on the real interval (including irrational numbers) from 3 to 5. If we took only finite (and infinite but repeating) decimals, then there would always be gaps between the stages, no matter how close they are to each other (such as between 3.795 and 3.796), where one jumps (skips) infinitely many stages (infinite, non-repeating decimals between 3.795 and 3.796).

I am reminded of a snail wherein it extends its antennae and holds on and pulls its body further.. I suppose that's how the light body taps to the higher consciousness and the body follows?

This is %100 new age pseudo spiritual beliefs but real knowledge
I don't know what people label it. New age or old age.. 😁 I have shared what I have understood through my experience and from my spirit team.
Also, Aura and human energy system (subtle body) has been pretty much part of Indian ancient scriptures (which is scientifically proven as well) which exists from thousands of years.
These "new age" people recently realized it - it seems. Lol. Never mind, better late than never.

Thank you really for this, I definitely have better understanding on what exactly is ascension now. I would like to know if there are any physical symptoms when we are ascending, on 2 or 3 occasions ,after being triggered or may be what they say going to dark night of the soul due to my twinflames goshting and simultaneous arguments with my spouse I feel a bit unwell and go in deep trance state as if I have take a sedative tab . My body is kind of vibrating,heart beats are fast and I feel extremely sleepy. Moreover whenever the doctors have checked they find all is normal. They can't even find my heat racing.
Is there a part 2? How do you get to 4 and 5D?

For the past few days, I have been feeling very neutral about my twin. Until now, everytime I thought about him, I used to feel a desire to be with him but it hasn't been like that for a few days now.

Dear Vasundhara, this is common in this journey. Just wait and he will be back very soon:). I guess if its early in the journey, its the end of your bubble phase, you will feel like a switch has been flipped inside you and the feelings have evaporated. But if its later in the journey, I think it is Universe's way of getting your attention back to the real work that is your spiritual growth. It also helps you to let go and also focus on other things in your life.This is just my opinion. Make the most of this time.

I have just clicked on your video today about Ascension to 5D. As an Ascended Master my job is to assist Light Workers and I think before you travel down the inter dimensional rabbit hole you should be aware of geometry. You should know why the 5th Dimension cannot be observed by humans therefore you yourself have not been there so how are you going to teach 5D Ascension to other Light Workers? What's more: A 5th dimensional being would have all the power that a lower dimensional being has, along with many extra capabilities. A being of 5 dimensions would be able to control time as per his/her wish. He/she would be able to move in any direction in Time - past or future. It would be possible for him/her to be present at different locations. “YOU” Lightworkers, Way Showers are being led down the rabbit hole as far as already being in 5D or thinking a few hours meditation and maintaining high vibratory thoughts is going to get you there.
Question: is it possible that hugging someone passionately can reduce that 4d conception/ feeling? I felt like connection to the union consciousness, to a level of cosmic consciousness, and after hugging someone with passion (which i haven't felt for a whole year), that feeling has gone... Is it related?

What should we do if it feels like our life Is falling apart during Accession?
The process of ascension is ought to restructure/ recalibrate your life. So certain things will unfold newly and certain things will fall apart. Yes it can be a painful period, but KNOW that this is a PHASE. and it will pass.
Do not resist, or dont be stubborn in your expectations - go with the flow by trusting the process!! It is important to believe in the divine.
