Irma was expected to go straight into Tampa as a 4 (I stayed glued to the weather channel the whole time) so in a sense "barely survived" isn't out of line because they had the potential of having the same thing happen to them. It's pretty damn insensitive to put down someone else's fear factor, especially if you didn't even go through this storm. I live in Tallahassee and even I was scared. Those of us who didn't get the worst of it got really freakin lucky. it's not like the rest of us don't care about those who lost everything but to tell someone that they're wrong for their personal feelings in this storm is ridiculous. Omar is not wrong, your attitudes are. Leave it at the door.
We are in jasksonvill and a tornado hit the ground and tore apart a church and a lot of buildings and I lost power now we have 2 more coming I'm scared and not ready for it please pray for me and everyone else
