Also loved Todd on "Something moved". That song has me speeding everytime when I'm driving, can't help it. And " Insane" is one of Ace's best vocals EVER. Great fun song.
Hell yeah, "Something Moved" kicks ass! For me that's THEE song by the Comet, my all-time favorite. "Into The Night" is cool, too, and of course, "Rock Soldiers."
You are very welcome!!! I have since sold the master tapes, so I'll keep the videos up until the new owner asks me to remove them. For now, enjoy all and R.I.P. John Reagan!!
Thanks so much for putting this up easily my fave Todd Howarth song from his time in Frehleys Comet, anyone been keeping up with his career after he left?
I loved Frehley's Comet. Both records - when I was a jr and sr. in high school. While its nice to listen to Todd's songs, his voice hurts my ears at 52 years old. When did we turn into our parents?
What I love about these albums is that in contrast to Kiss, Ace just played in with everybody else, accepting thier style. This is real show of his absolute talent, playing a completely different style, and fitting in seaminlessly, whilst sounding like Ace. Some of the best music. Pity it was not so well produced or marketed. I remember in the day, the sound was too generic like a lot of similar bands of the time. Now it stands up better.
I don't know how i missed the talent of Tod Howarth back in the day. I've just discovered him and he was the talent and driving force of frehleys comet. I know ace will always be nostalgic because of Kiss. But Tod is THE MAN!!!
Sorry guys but Rock soldiers, into the night , we've got your rock totoly kicks was. Pulse there is so much that Ace recorded that has never been released. Rock or be rocked is a killer tune. You just have to play nice with the record companies.
Solo CDs as listed below but he also works for Chep Trick as a Keyboard player for there live shows & did a remake of Dancing with Danger on a Comet tribute CD
I have heard this was not released back in (from 1988) 1989 because Ace was starting to get flack about Todd's songs becoming more popular than the ones Ace sang and released as singles.
See, now I feel cheated that this was not on the VHS release back then. Why not? It makes no sense for them not have put the video on the VHS? What did Eddie Skunk not like it?? Was Eddie Skunk one of the kiss ass , mindless fucks telling Ace "Todd is trying to steal the band from you??"I LOVED this album...much better than Trouble Walkin; You know the Ace band that Keith Richards tribute dude Richie Scarlet. I did NOT like it when they did Hide Your Heart, as a lifer KISS fan I did not know how to take that? I still don't, Hide will ALWAYS be a GREAT KISS song.. On both FC albums I loved every song on Trouble I liked maybe 5 songs. Thanks to Ace through Bill for FINALLY releasing this video, it is nice to see Todd again, he was awesome but I have to admit ..just like Paul on his solo 89 tour, I hate those guitars with no head stock,
Into the night. Rock Soldiers. Insane. Its over now. Was live +4. But i know ive seen this somewhere. Back then. Maybe headbangers ball. Not sure. But after i read your comment had to check that. And WE were wrong. Not on alive+4.
Does anyone think Todd Howarth sounds like John Waite and this a Babys song? Ace Frehley's guitar sound sounds a little different from his usual stuff...cool though.
Where the heck did i see this years ago????? Had to have been a exclusive on Headbangers Ball. I keep thinking. In that time sometimes after a movie on VHS a video would play. Seems kinda like it played at the end of something. Shocker? Bill and Ted?
this is not a demo this song was relased on the 1988 Second Sight Album, but due to internal problems they never recorded any of the songs live just a Music Video, and now these for all of us surprise
Hey Bill do u have a video of Ace and Ritchie playing Deuce at the end of a set from the late eighties early nineties from any of the club tours. ?? Thanks Bill , Greg Roland a.k.a. RokandThunder
Even though he is an original member of the greatest fucking band on earth.... his solo work blasts out of the water 99% of his KISS material. i hope im not the only one who thinks that!Proud 30 year member of The KISS Army....KFJ
who ever the editor was on this video clearly did not read the band name..... LOL "Frehley's Comet" not Regans Comet :) clearly NOT enough shots of Ace in this video.... every time I expect a cut to Ace it would be John lol
Again you are wrong: On December 14, 2008 he released an acoustic version of the Frehley's Comet classic "Time Ain't Runnin' Out" exclusively on his Myspace page. His latest solo cd "Opposite Gods" was released independently in April 2010. In June of 2012 he released a video single on TH-cam of his single *"Cold Beach", filmed on location in the California desert. The video was shot and edited primarily by Vancouver producer Brian Sword. Working by HIMSELF. Releasing videos on myspace?!?!? LOL
Always my favorite cut on the album. And I loved every cut.
You must be a foreigner fan not an ace fan lol
@@reubensane5539There's plenty of overlap there buddy. Both Foreigner and Ace rule.
John Regan, rest in peace my friend...we miss you.
Great song, great album, great band. It would be pretty cool if they got back together in 2023.
I really liked this band. I never understood why Ace never got them back together.
Rip John Regan.
Todd most certainly played his part and made drastic contributions to the annals of KISSTORY playing in Frehley’s comet!
Rest in peace, John Regan.😢
And Jamie Oldaker 😢
John lived near me.. I had no clue he was from Wappingers Falls ...that is where the "Eugene" video was filmed.
Rest easy John! you deserve it.
My favorite song on the album. Actually, the whole album is awesome! 😍 This takes me back to my youth. Good times! 👍
yes hammersmith, I was at that gig - great memories !
Thanx Bill Baker for this upload, great one.
Love Todd's vocals! Frehley's Comet was very cool. Space Ace is the man in whatever he does. Keep rocking Ace!
Tod had the strong songs on "Second Sighting". Tod really shined on this album
That bridge into the chorus and the chorus itself are really bad ass! 🤘🤘
Man Im happy to see whatever work as long as he works. Only professionals work like that.
damn,thanks for posting this.......
Another great one, Bill !!!
Wow this is Hammersmith, the same stage Ace played in "Live +4" !
The irony... A Frehley's Comet video that barely shows Frehley!
he was to drunk to play for a music vídeo, Frehley had a lot of talent the he never really exploted as he could
Maybe, just maybe...that's why it was never released?
Who wants Ace when Tod is singing?
Tom Matthews I know. just not right
@@Draggo-zp1jf lool
THIS IS GOLD. Thanks for uploading!
OMG, This song is perfect!
Todd was embracing the budding 'neo-classical', chorus/phaser riffage of the 80s. Ace was doing ACE!
I loved Frehley's Comet. Both records - when I was a jr and sr. in high school. While its nice to listen to Todd's songs, his voice hurts my ears at 52 years old. When did we turn into our parents?
49 and still loving his voice
It's pretty bad
Yeah I'm 50, still dig it
The Clarences love & support Frehley's Comet!
thanks Bill Baker! :)
Ace so great awesome all Thea’s years gone buy I still like kiss and ace ace your the best
Too bad Ace had to fuck this up. Frehley's Comet were a great band. . .
Thankyou God for catching me all the times I've fallen...
Ace bring back the comet 😊
Ace with a whammy bar...
Todd was under rated as a singer.
Great, thanks for sharing.
Ace 👍
The Clarences love & support Ace!

It's my understanding that on this record, Ace was deep in the throws of addiction, so the other 3 band members had to take lead.
LOL, Ace barely even played on this album. Only reason it had so many Tod songs was because Ace was toast.
I don't know how i missed the talent of Tod Howarth back in the day. I've just discovered him and he was the talent and driving force of frehleys comet. I know ace will always be nostalgic because of Kiss. But Tod is THE MAN!!!
MIKE GROSS ROCKINGUITARLESSONS1 I agree with you Tod wrote some killer songs good guitar player as well !!!
Sorry guys but Rock soldiers, into the night , we've got your rock totoly kicks was. Pulse there is so much that Ace recorded that has never been released. Rock or be rocked is a killer tune. You just have to play nice with the record companies.
Tod was needed, and he was the perfect, commercial aspect of that band. And, he's a genuinely nice guy. Hell of a musician too.
Solo CDs as listed below but he also works for Chep Trick as a Keyboard player for there live shows & did a remake of Dancing with Danger on a Comet tribute CD
This looks like it was shot when the Live +1 Video was done!!
That is my thought as well, they shot it during a sound check maybe?
I have heard this was not released back in (from 1988) 1989 because Ace was starting to get flack about Todd's songs becoming more popular than the ones Ace sang and released as singles.
Let me know , I'd pay for some good shows from then if you could put them on DVD Bill. Thanks again

This was released on the Frehleys Comet Live video back in the day...Still got mine.
No, it's not on there, sorry.
John Regan persona squisita al basso .. e di Piu ... Banda enorme tutti ' B R A V I !!
I've always loved this song. Never knew that there was a videoclip filmed.
Todd looks like a blonde Eric Carr.
Omg, right wow!
I was staring at him trying to think who he reminded me of! Indeed Eric Carr!!!!
Not even 0:26
Mr. Paul "Ace" Daniel Frehley ⚡ 🔥 🎸 👊
Calling to you was great
oh God! Frehley's Comet were awesome... what a shame the band didin't worked well.
Amazing. Thanks for posting!
this in not a demo, is a song from "Second Sighting" album released in 1988
My fav. Solo CD after he left the Comet is Winter
Tod is still a badass.
Dang this is a great song
Rip Jamie Oldaker
Underrated
frehley's commit were awesome

Megaforce records wanted to put Ace in Foreigner! Jonny (RIP) and Marsha Zazula weren’t thinking right ,to make a commercial Ace . Lol
i thought he complimented Ace well,i loved this album alot growin up.great times
who ever the editor was on this video clearly did not read the band name..... LOL "Frehley's Comet" not Regans Comet :) clearly NOT enough shots of Ace in this video.... every time I expect a cut to Ace it would be John lol
I always loved the Tod Howarth songs.
Oh com'on..
plus..... he quit working in music biz.... if he still wanted to have a music biz... HE WOULD STILL HAVE ONE!
la canción ideal para ír por unas 🍻🍺
How come Eddie Trunk is not in this video???He could of at least played the tambourine!! 🤔🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah, I love Ace. But Tod rocks this song.
Ace "fuck🎸" Frehley 😎👊
Ace went full on zeppelin here didn't he 😂
Para mi gusto la mejor formacion de ace Frehley comet
Ok what guitar is that with the tuning keys at the bottom I don’t think it’s stineberg
RIP John Regan
Good album. Tod brought a lot to the table
He had to, Ace was pretty absent.....
@@Billvis77 Absolutely, I don't think either of the FC albums would have happened without Tod Howarth and John Regan pushing it forward.
UUuuuuUH ¡¡¡ reunited heeeeey eeeeh
👍🏼🎸
Why is that your fave? Did he write similar to this and other stuff the did in the Comet or did he change his style around?
Why didn't they show Ace at all?
I wish Ace would've kept this together..
Tod and John left the band because Ace started drinking again
Great chorus & rhythm but...theres really no Ave in this. Especially for it being his band. Hell frehley even looks out of it.
MOST UNDERRATED ROCKNROLL HIT IN ROCKNROLL HISTORY!!!!!!!!!!!
Again you are wrong:

Working by HIMSELF. Releasing videos on myspace?!?!? LOL
I never thought i would watch this video...great !!!!!WANT A COMET REUNION!!!!
This was, so far... The best Frehley band version ever
NOT. Ill take Scarlet any day. Best band ever is his current band. everyone is top notch.
lol SO TRUE EBBA
THATS RIGHT HANNAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Winter? He did not have an album called Winter they were: Frehley's Comet, Live + 1, Second Sighting, Trouble Walking & Anomoly.
Ace should reunite the comet!!!
wow !
sorry, hard to tell sometimes in print.
