I been doing TH-cam since 2015 but I never thought of recording myself while playing a game until last night so this video is just what I needed so thank you
People make TONS OF MONEY recording themselves playing games! Look into TWITCH to see what I mean. You literally get paid to play!!! For reals, make that $$$
I recently have been using Zoom to record my videos. For some reason, my laptop camera has the sound out of sync, so I started using Zoom for an easy way to record videos! It has been a life-changer for me.

Hi! I usually use Zoom to record myself, but this last time, there was no audio for the recording in the mp4 file- I was not on mute, I tested the microphone on Zoom, my settings allow for Zoom to access the microphone, etc. but no matter what I do, I cannot get a recording to work with the audio!

Hey Meredith thank you for this quick intro to videocasting. I want to do some tutorials in maths for my students and although I've used Teams and Zoom, I haven't done TH-cam videos with my face in. This has given me some good ideas as to how to achieve it! 😄

I want to start posting videos and commenting on here and real need the skills that you showed me today. I am also newly subscribed to you and I am commenting to help the algorithm. I'm trying to do this with Zoom, exactly like shown, but on my final video file, the tab with my camera is directly on my screen share, not beside it. So when I have a presentation, any elements on the top right corner are hidden by the camera tab. Can this be fixed some how? Is it a setting?
How do we share the screen and show a video on the screen and take the original audio from the video we are playing. The problem with using zoom or the others is that it takes the audio from the microphone that is taking the sound from what the microphone picks up from the speakers

You’d have to upload it directly to TH-cam

can you record video from an external camera instead of a webcam?
You can use OBS Studio if you want to record in a different camera but this methods are simpler
