This was pure enjoyment. The black belt came across as a really personable, genuine good dude. Both of yall had fun, and that made it fun for me to watch.
I've had the great pleasure of training with some heavy hitters (Rolles Gracie, Cesar Cabrera, Colton Smith, Tim Kennedy, Matt Larsen, Chad Lebrun, Damien Stelly, and most recently Rich Clementi) because I never rooted myself to one "gym culture." The downside of that (plus moving regularly) is that I'm a perpetual white belt. 😁

issues of being big asin muscles big
      1.)Gassing out
2.)slow and laboured striking even if their hard
      3.)lack of mobility
4.)can't use said weight when on the ground outside of laying on top of someone or head locking them...
      benefits:
      1.)Punching power
2.)Brute strength to throw people around
3.)armour quite literally to take body shots maybe not as much kicks but maybe it will help.
