I fed my Springer ProPlan at the recommendation from my Vet. My Springer hunted Pheasant (I actually hunted the pheasant but without him those times would have been walks in the woods! lol) until he was 10-11 years old. NEVER had a health problem. He eventually passed at 14. I also never fed him anything else in the way of scraps etc.
