Did you try doing a bunch of stuff to get your milk supply up before doing formula? Ohh you hate pumping lol im listening while typing. How did you choose the right formula?
heyy girl! no, i haven’t really tried specific things other than being mindful of my water intake! and pumping is such a chore, but whenever he’s weaned from the breast, i may try and pump just so he’s still getting breast milk to some extent. we’ll see how that goes. and honestly it’s trial and error with the formula - i tried a couple when he was a newborn and they gave him gas and they didn’t agree with him. but i noticed with this gerber one, when i shake it it does not create bubbles which doesn’t give him gas so i’ve been going back to this one for months now!😊
@@SimoneCristina Ohh so you combo feed, breastmilk and formula. I see. Ive been breastfeeding only for the last 9mons. Its DRAINING! And pumping is beyond a chore oh my goodness!!!! Even if i slip 1 day on pumping or slake on water, you notice a drop in milk supply and its frustrating! Last week i went 3 days without pumping. I fed on demand and it was so freeing to not pump. I felt normal again (pre baby) of course still had to put baby on the boob but she eats solids too so its less milk now but girrrrl after those 3 days and i went to pump, my body said "oh you trying to get milk out??" Haha then i have to spend the next few days building it back up. Power pumping, eating laction cookies, drowning in water etc. PLUS be a wife, stay at home with baby and live. So yes breastfeeding is a fulltime job. I have thought about formula but im also so close to the 12mon mark mind as well keep going
@@ItsBrittany. yess i combo feed! plus solids too hahah omg i feel you sooo much! the pumping is so exhausting. and trying to juggle being a good mom, partner, etc is overwhelming!! we got this❤️ and congratulations to you for 9 months of exclusive breastfeeding! that’s amazing! this mom thing is deff not easy in the slightest, but of course worth it!🙏🏾🫶🏾
