For the sports romance rec: You Should Be So Lucky by Cat Sebastian. One guy is a popular baseball player, other is a reporter, late 1950s setting. Very slow burn. It's advertised as grumpy-sunshine trope, but imo they were both grumpy at least 1/3 of the book (which I liked).
Also, fyi, you can read it as a standalone, but there is another couple that has their own book, that chronologically comes before this one (We Could Be So Good). I loved them both.

You should try Throttled by Lauren Asher, it's a F1 romance. You should check it out. I enjoyed it and gave it a 4 stars.
