  • Leaving Missouri, we finish the last week of chasing 70 degrees to return to our home state of Colorado. As we drive, I share my personal insights on starting a travel vlog. As usual, we show you the best of the scenic drive and the stops along the way. We'll also continue the tradition of learning a little about each state we visit.
Our first stop, Wichita, Kansas includes a visit to Keeper Park where we marvel at the 44 foot sculpture, Keeper of the Plains. We also bring you with us as we have fun at the Exploration Place.
While in Colorado, we take a break at the Paint Mines Interpretative Park to view hoodoos and spires once used by Native American to make paint.
Unfortunately, our trip isn't without problems. We lost our trailer brakes and had to make it over the mountains without them. Colorado isn't a good place to lose your brakes!
After driving the i70 Corridor and showing you the sights along the way, we make it home and reveal why we were so eager to be there.

We are enjoying your videos. Just enough information to get the curious out and traveling and experiencing new locations and people. I enjoy the “dad” jokes at the end of each episode. 😂. Have a Wonderful time with the newest grand baby.

Thanks for the encouragement!! I'm glad you like the dad jokes at the end. I was just wondering just today if many people make it that far. They're corny, but I laugh anyway.

I really like your videos just the way they are! I find them calming, informative, and beautiful. Please don't feel like you need to conform to some supposed "normal" of YT vloggerism. It just isn't so. I hope your time back home is relaxing and rejuvenating for you both, and I'm looking forward to your next set of adventures on the road, wherever they may be!

You're always so encouraging. Thanks so much for that! I'm feeling more comfortable with what I'm doing. The comments have helped me get there, so thanks. We are enjoying being home. Filming in our home state has been great, and I can't wait for you to see what we've been doing.
