  • In todays chest day workout, I'm going to show you how you can build your upper chest and how to get that definition between your pecks. In this video I will be demonstrating the following workouts:
    Cable Fly
    Dumbbell Press with and without Resistance Bands
    Incline Dumbbell Fly
    Incline Machine Press
    Guillotine Press/ Close Grip Dumbbell Press

      Leo Adragna yes but your Training split should help offset soreness making an impact . Typically people do 2-3 days on 1 off but you may need to do every other if you are just starting out! Your body adapts fast!

      Thats why you perform exercises with 90 degrees of abduction at the end like he did lmao. But, you should try to strengthen the tissue at every angle, exercises at the end for me help to strengthen and preserve my rotators which I've torn before

    you see im 16 and now goona turn 17 in a few months but i wanna compete when im older and stop competing and enjoy life at around this guys size now and stay at a strict 10-15 % bodyat ive been training for a decent 2 years and eating good for that long but ima stop at round that size i get it this guy may not be natty but he aint freaky take as a compliment bro ur big tho

      Dima Bespalov I know you’re asking Sadik
      but you tend to get better results by using your working weight those four sets rather working up to your working weight and that being just the only and only set on the 4th set. If that makes sense.
      You can work up to your working weight but don’t count those as your working sets until you’ve reach your working weight.
