Hi! Thank you!!!! I really appreciate you watching my video and leaving such a thoughtful comment! Honestly means so much to me♥ I was sad to sell it....but it was so great to be back :) I have so many amazing memories associated with that house 🥰
Hi! Thank you so much!!!! I really appreciate you watching the video and leaving such a kind comment! Oh! I was born in Germany :) Amazing how you can connect all over the world ♥
Christine. Ms Plum. Plum Tiniest is amazing. I love it as much as your house, and that is saying something. The outdoor space beneath the house with the mural and swings is exceptional and perfect. The nook is also my favorite. It’s inspired. You’re right about the fabric, too. And the kitchen is lovely. I can see why you love the house so much. I appreciate the origin story. I would have left the wood in the bedroom. Thanks so much for sharing. Alexandra
Hi Alexandra! Thank you so much for taking the time to watch the entire video :) I know it was LONG! But I really wanted to share the story. It's such an important part of my construction career. I really do appreciate all your kind words and the time to leave such a very thoughtful comment. And it makes me feel so good to know that when I post these videos they are able to connect with people. I have a few more houses to share in upcoming videos :) Thank you again! ♥
I think this house is SO CUTE Christine! And the breakfast nook/sleeping nook is just a stroke of genius! Now I have to see if I can incorporate that into my plan. What I'm aiming for is the stereotypical tiny on wheels, so I'm limited to a certain width. But I can overcome that by making the nook either a slide or a folding room, where the walls fold in on themselves to make the tiny road-worthy. At least that's my thought having just seen the video. But I came to the end of the tiny tour, and wondered why the video was only half finished! But your story of the planning and permits was well worth hearing. You are one resiliant woman! Looking forward to more videos! Thanks! :)
Hi! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate that you watched all the way to the end! It was a long video.... and I was a little worried about adding in the origin story of the tiny house. But it was just so crazy I had to add it. I wanted people to know that this isn't easy hahaha. I am so so so happy to hear that my sleeping nook/dining nook have inspired you to design something similar in your own tiny home :) Honestly, this comment made my day! Thank you so much for not just watching my very long video to the end but also leaving such a kind and thoughtful comment. ♥ I actually have four more tiny house tour videos in the works :) I hope to upload at least two more this week! Thank you again!
It's a cute tiny house. I liked the dining nook/ bedroom but don't like the ladder. I wish it was some kind of stairs or tansu (Japanese cabinet-stairs). But if it's for an Airbnb and not for permanent living, then I guess it's OK. Not a fan of the pattern on the sofa/ bed (too busy for me) but to each their own. Glad you were able to overcome the obstacles. Congrats on the build.
Hi! Totally agree that the sofa fabric is not for everyone :) And yes....ladders for everyday living are NOT ideal haha. And thank you so much for taking the time to not only watch my video but to also leave a comment. I really appreciate it!♥
Christine, you are a Whoot! I love your talent, your flavor, your style or whatever you call it. I am putting you on my wish list to build a home for me one day, fingers crossed!!! Question, do you only build homes in Galvaston? I am favoring the style of your lovely home with the two bedrooms and baths.
Hi!!! Thank you so much!!! I really appreciate that you not only watched this rather long video but also left such a thoughtful comment 🥰 I build in Galveston and the Houston area :) Thank you again!♥
Too many steps (ladder) for functionality but it works beautifully as a sculptural piece. I love the convertible nook. What kind of foam and what density did you use?
Hi! Thank you so much for watching and leaving a comment! I really really appreciate it :) I'm not sure about the foam...My upholsterer handles all of that :) I just bring him the fabric♥
I love this house, from the sleeping nook, kitchen, living room, and the space below the house is awesome and so much more room.

On your next mini splits, you should use the LG Art, I use them all the time, they are fantastic and gorgeous!
Hi! I've heard of those! Thank you so much for the recommendation. I am for sure going to look into those for the next project. :)
