Great video. I tried this same project yesterday and couldn’t get the new trim pressed in. Might give another go today or just pay a windshield shop to install it.
When I did my rear trim, I was having that problem. You can try hitting it with the bottom of your palm, or wrapping a rubber mallet with some microfiber towels and tapping it in.
