Guys make sure you do R1 + O. Hold the block button and then press the circle button instantly in order to do the sonic sway. If you don't your character will automatically do a standard perception.
You dont have to hold guard ( R1/ RB). Just press perception (O/B) as hit makes contact. Think of parrying just as your being hit. Can be done during guard on hit. Just thought you should know. Looking forward to see more tips from you
Thanks for letting me know! Though I tried doing it with the regular O but I didn't manage to do the Sonic sway. At least for me, it feels like holding R1 and then pressing O the moment you are attacked seems easier.
This isnt exactly helpful because when you hold circle it just does a perception. The tutorial says you need to do a super perception which uses skill counters yet when i see people sonic sway it doesnt consume skill counters
You have to hold block, and as soon as the enemy attacks, press circle. It has to be instant. Otherwise, you are just going to get attacked. Make sure you do R1 + O
@cameroncurtis2135 Yes kinda like the super perception. But you have to make sure you are holding R1 in the process, not circle alone. So R1 to block and circle as soon as the enemy attacks.
soo kinda wrong but kinda not. to preform a sonic sway in this game is just a perfectly timed perception during a auto combo. thats it. SOOO basically for classic controls its just triangle + circle when your in the middle of a auto combo. Not sure if you need to get hit at least once to perform it or not
This move the all counter's including beams that's all you have learn and ones struggling in story yeah you need learn this alot ps sparking mode does alot damage
