Hmm we are not too sure if its the best place because we have only caught them here or at St John/Kusu Island so far. These places are decent for catching them but the sangkot rate is high.
Walk towards the Marina Bay Cruise Centre. You can fish at the left side of the pier (the breakwater) as well as the right side of the pier (towards Cruise Centre), just exit the station and you’ll see the stretch of sea.

Everywhere is about the same. Most of the time its like that, we lost alot of sinkers and broke many lines there haha
Try using those thinner shaped and small sinkers, it may help.
