CAN I BEAT ULTRA SUN IF EVERY TRAINER HAS A LEGENDARY POKEMON? (Impossible?)

So I made Ultra Sun actually hard. This Randomized Hardcore Nuzlocke is in double battle mode!
Double battles immediately makes a casual playthrough much harder than it is originally so I decided to twist the rules of the game to make it as hard as possible without making it very dependent on encounter luck, item luck, etc. I hope you all enjoy and please subscribe if you haven't already!

Rules:
1. If a Pokemon faints, it's dead
2. Can Only catch the first Pokemon in each route (besides the first)
3. No Item Use In Battle
4. Set Mode
5. Can't overlevel the next Totem Pokemon, Kahuna, Elite 4, and Champion
6. Important Trainers must have full team of 6
7. 50% level increase for trainers and wild pokemon
8. No Legendaries/Mythicals, duplicates, or same-evolution-line Pokémon can be caught or used. If a duplicate is encountered, the next unique type-specific Pokémon encounter can be caught.
9. Movesets randomized
10. Trainers' have buffed movesets
11. Field Items Randomized
12. No Pokémon Refresh
13. Z-Moves are allowed
14. No Island Scan or S.O.S Chaining
