This such a great project idea. Since. Don't think my hand is steady enough anymore I'll probably use my scroll saw. I love your content, I can't tell you how many great ideas ive gotten from you. I appreciate what you do, thank you.
I just stated this morning to a friend about how I don't need an intro as I've read the thumb nail. Thanks for the HF bushing tip. Running out to get some today and make this.
Good project. I have been planning to do this, and you solved a couple of problems I had not yet gotten to. As for the format, I hate to guess what a video is going to be about. When I see one that might be interesting, but I don't know yet, I zoom all the way to the end to see what he is building. Then I decide whether to watch it. I guess if the title makes that clear, fine, but that is the exception.
I love the fact that you don’t have all the fluff. I do like when there’s a few tidbits of knowledge you share that I wouldn’t otherwise have known or seen in other places. Little hacks or explanations of HOW to do a project or why it’s that way compared to another is also nice. But yes the several minutes I’m the beginning of videos I usually skip past myself on most things. Time is money man!! 😂 time is money. Thank you for this. I don’t have a router or even at hand planes so I’m tucking these videos in a playlist for when I do purchase (or am gifted lol hey a girl can dream right?!😂) a router. My son actually got me a Milwaukee multi tool last year for my 39th birthday (he was 17 and killing it with his own summer landscaping business!) but I returned it for a ryobi electric orbital sander and jigsaw. Bc it was the 18v line and I had no battery for a Milwaukee tool and his were all 20v so I corny even borrow if I walked to😂! And the ryobi deal came with two batteries and a charger and it was 99$ each deal! We ended up only Dong the tool only for the sander since it was cheaper and I didn’t need four batteries and two chargers The only part that sucked was he didn’t get back his insurance on the multi tool even though we returned it with a week of him purchasing it. But it was only like $30 I think. Still as a single mom who gets no financial help from the dad in 4 years, that’s allot of money to me.
Great video!! Talking through the video helps because you share a wealth of knowledge, also it helps people that want to try what your making what to use and how your thought process works. Thanks
I liked it. Short to the point. I really liked the "I don't have a CNC" part. Most of us don't. Now, it's spring, show us an outside project. I.E. chairs, tables, etc. The vast majority of us have "regular" work shops, not the $30,000 I make a lot of $$$ on you tube shops.
Hi man, just starting woodworking and i have no knowlage of electric tools. I had course with chizels and japanese saw. Could you do someting like this just with hand tools? Thanks
I also agree with this type of making videos. Never understood why they did it that way. I always skipped to the good stuff, lol. Also skip the tedious stuff, like extended sanding, cutting, etc. BTW, that tray came out NICE!!
I used my Magic Mini. Kinda shaky because it has minimum altitude requirements so it stabilizes as it comes through the window and then again when it senses the table heights in the shop 🙃
@@TheReformationWoodshop Dang ok! it looked like a drone shot but it was pretty steady, I thought maybe it was a camera on a long pole or something lmao.
I enjoy your videos. Thank you for planning on cutting out the “fluff”. I watch so many videos where someone spends 3-5 minutes talking about what they’re going to be talking about. 🙄 Just get to the point already. Also many people have these elaborate intro videos that waste valuable time. Thank you for just getting to the point. Well done sir. 👍🏼
I can't stand an intro or cheesy thumbnails with goofy faces. Doesn't work for me. Most of the time I skip through a dragged out video. So in my opinion your on the right path with content only. And with that I subscribed

You rule! I really appreciate your kind words.

Appreciate it! Let me know how it turns out.
I prefer the longer videos with more information and explanation like this one.
That’s great to hear 👊🏻
Great video! I don't need the intro and outro's. This showed me everything I needed to know. You spared us the exciting filing portions also.
Thanks Terry! I’ll keep it rolling this way!

Great video, with no fluff just stuff
That’s the goal!
Love it brother!! keep it up. I loved the intro through the window and right to the action.
Glad you liked it!!
Love the no-fluff video!!
I'm glad!
I like style! You are right. Most videos have the maker face 90% of the time. Great video, I will subscribe. Thank you.
Thanks Ron, I appreciate that!

great trick using the oscillating saw, never would have thought of that
The cuts turned out surprisingly good!

Thanks Shane, I appreciate the confirmation!
Best non CNC build that TH-camrs use a Cnc to build... Excellent mate..
Btw your daughter steals the internet for the month of April
She can have it! As long as she shares a little with me 🤣 Thanks brotha!

Gotcha! My wife has actually been asking me for some outdoor furniture so maybe that’s what I’ll do next.
Love it. You got points for ending mid sentence while talking about talking.
🤣🤣💪🏻
Great video man. Agree with what you said there at the end. Great format
Appreciate it, I like the flow now too!
Thanks man! Another great "high-level" video!
Thanks Klay! I’m definitely happy with how smooth this one came out.

Great video!! I like this sty..
Appreciate it! I’ll definitely continue this way!

Quick question what was the dimensions of your starting blank?
15 3/4 X 7 1/2.
Can I ask what watch you have here? Looks really nice!
It’s a Timex Expedition. Perfect balance of outdoorsman and casual.
@@TheReformationWoodshop Thanks!
What watch is that?
Timex Expedition 🙌🏼
Very curious about that through the window shot ;)

That would be something I would do 🤣

Thank you for cutting out the fluff. More TH-camrs need to follow suit. Less yap and straight to the point 👍
Appreciate the feedback!
Did you say…your DM’s are open? 🤓
🤣🤣 you don’t have anything to worry about! I’m not the young buck I used to be.

Appreciate it man! I’m in the same boat… I hate that stuff too but I just did it because that’s what “TH-camrs are supposed to do”…
