- Requested by Darkwarrior2654 (a.k.a Tomy of the Darkwing twins) Their channel: Darkwing2654 MegaVolt was the most reoccurring villain on the whole show, maybe this explains why. There were SO MANY episodes to sort through all the funny parts XD I think I've got the majority of them.

Needless to say, it's pretty clear why Megavolt was used more often than Bushroot, Liquidator, Quackerjack and even Negaduck combined. He is best described as what would happen if a geek gained the powers of Electro and became a tech-hungry lunatic.
I mean, isn’t that kinda what happened? He was a geek at school and was bullied, and that’s what eventually led to him gaining his electric powers

True but nevertheless Negaduck is my favorite Darkwing Duck villains.
Tad liked him, so it's why he was used more.
The reason megavolt is the most recurring villain is because he was one of the creators favourites

I like how Dan Castellaneta who plays as Homer Simpson and many other Characters,plays as Megavolt who sounds just like krusty the clown.
And Minnie Mouse, Huey Dewie and Louie are happen to be voiced by the same actress as Martin Prince, Guter, Sheri and Terri. Even Daisy Duck is voiced by the same actress as Agnes Skinner, Brandine, Crazy Cat Lady, Dolf, and some others in the show. It's so ironic that some Disney characters are voiced by some of the cast in The Simpsons and yet the show pokes fun on Disney.

1:40-1:48: So that’s why Megavolt sounded like Itchy from the Simpsons in this scene. They’re both voiced by the same actor.

Yes and I think some of that has to do with how well Dan Castellaneta (Megavolt) and Michael Bell (Quackerjack) play off of each other.

When MegaVolt is flying his kite, he appears to be on the other side of the Audubon Bay Bridge, meaning he's near Duckburg.
For Megavolt, Dan Castalleneta seems to use a variation on his Krusty the Clown voice.

There's a rumor Darkwing will appear in the 2017 reboot of Ducktales and that Megavolt will be in it too. I can see that, since Megavolt was Tad Stone's favorite villain (hence why he got the most episodes). All I ask, if its true, is that Disney makes an attempt to get both Cummings and Castanella back to do the voices.

Jim Cummings is going to reprise his role as Darkwing Duck. But I’m not sure if Dan Castellaneta (sorry if I misspelled his name) will do the same with Megavolt. If not, I hope Richard Horvitz gets to voice Megavolt.

Yeah, I saw it. I was a little disappointed since it was only a one minute clip and it was on an old VHS tape that Dewey was watching. But it was a nice little treat to see Darkwing Duck, Megavolt, Quackerjack, and the Liquidator appear in the episode briefly and have the original voice actors reprise their roles. Hopefully we’ll see them again in a real crossover episode in the future.
One more note. I absolutely hate that douchebag Mark Beaks!

It's not hard to picture Krusty the Clown everytime i hear Megavolt's voice.
There's a lot of best moments here, but 6:14-6:18 is probably my favorite moment here, because I like the idea of Megavolt and Quackerjack as mad doctors.
But 9:03-9:15 is my 2nd favorite, because Megavolt going from "Oh no! Doom" to "This is fun!" will never not be funny, as well as being responsible for characters having sudden mood shifts be humorous to me.

My Favorite Megavolt episode in Darkwing Duck was The Frequency Fiends Because that one showed That Megavolt could be helpful on the side of Good but imagine if he had not been made fun of in high school it would been a Different thing! He helped Darkwing Defeat The Frequency Fiends and Saved St.Carnard!

Why Megavolt sounds very much like Evil Jim? I know they both are voiced by same guy, but there is quite noticeable similarity in it. High-pitched and almost broken.
