Models are naturally tall and skinny, no one is forcing them to eat that way, they choose to. There are plenty of modeling angencies for other body types. The industry isn't encouraging starvation, if you decide to starve yourself just to look like someone else it's your own problem, not theirs. Btw it does look fun Ashley

The workouts are ballet beautiful, go on just search it up on TH-cam, I do them and they feel great and do really help tone and slim
