    Hi!
    It's been a while since I've posted! I've been so busy with moving and then had an eye procedure, so it was difficult to find time to edit (and then difficult to even see my computer screen). My vision is still not at 100% so please forgive any typos UwU
    I'm trying to incorporate more of my art into my videos.- this is the first test run! I'm still experimenting with how I want my videos to be, but we will see where it goes!

    RECIPES
    ⟡ HASH BROWN CASSEROLE
    Ingredients
    - 1/4 cup melted buitter
    - 1 cup sour cream
    - 3 green onions (or as many as you want)
    - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese for the mix
    - 0.5 cup shredded cheese for topping
    - 26-30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
    Steps:
    1. Melt the butter in a large bowl
    2. Add the rest of the ingredients (minus the cheese for the top) and mix well
    3/ Spray a large baking pan and pour the mixture in. Top with additional cheese
    4. Bake for ~1 hour at 350 F, or until the top is golden brown
    ⟡ BISCUITS
    Ingredients:
    - 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
    - 1 tablespoon baking powder
    - 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
    - ¾ teaspoon salt
    - ½ cup unsalted butter
    - 1 cup whole milk, or buttermilk (or ½ cup of each)
    - melted butter, for brushing on biscuit tops
    Instructions:
    1. Place butter in the freezer for at least 20 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 425° F
    3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    4. Combine the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Mix until combined.
    5. Grate the frozen butter and add it to the dry ingredients
    6. Use a fork to mix the butter into the dry ingredients.
    7. Add the milk and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Add 1 to 2 tablespoons more of milk if the dough is not holding together.
    8. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface. Fold the dough in half on top of itself and pat it down 4 to 6 times.
    7. Press the dough down into a ~1-inch thick rectangle.
    8. Use a biscuit/cookie cutter to cut out biscuits.
    9. Combine and flatten the remaining dough and cut out biscuits. Repeat until all of the dough has been used.
    10. Place the biscuits on the baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
    11. Bake for 13 to 16 minutes, until the tops are lightly golden brown.
