Now the parent SKU is using the photo of the child SKU. 1234. I updated all the images on all SKUs but I still have the same 1 image for all the variations. Please help. :D

Good clear presentation, thanks. One thing I'd like to disagree on is the GS1 account... I'd recommend you go for the normal account right off the bat, as it's only £60 more (£50 + VAT). The main reason being, you CANNOT upgrade the 10 barcode account to the standard 1000 barcode account. So if you need more codes, and let's face it those 10 codes are going to run out real quick, then you either have to buy them in blocks of 10 (not financially viable) or get the standard account. GS1 will not refund the £60 you have spent on the original 10 barcodes, AND they won't just let you pay the difference between the 2 options. So, you'll either end up paying £120 for 20 barcodes... 2 X 10 Account, or £180 for 1010 barcodes, the original 10 plus the 1000 you've just had to buy. So just go for 1000 right away, I appreciate at the outset money is tight but this is one occasion where it's very well spent.

In the beginning it is better to go with a non-varying product. The benefit of Variations will be that when the customer sees that you have a different color and design, they will stop at your listing and go ahead and buy it. And the chances of buying your product will increase. Initially you should go with a product that has no more than 4 Variations.
Hi Ben, I’m trying to list water bottles(diff sizes and colors)but the category product type (sports water bottle- bottle) only have material and color for variations meanwhile on category prod type( sports water bottle accessories-sporting goods) have all the different variation options I need for the listing. Should I just choose the latter to list my water bottle? Or is there way of using the correct product type and still have different variations other than material and color. Thank you for your v useful video which I just followed and successfully created4 size variations which worked and then I created a parent listing for all these 4 child listings and uploaded via excel file. However I have noticed that on desktop when listing appears on Amazon site, the sizes are appearing as a ‘drop down menu’ and not boxes for each size. I would like these size to appear as ‘boxes’ where customers can click - boxes look much better than the drop down menu. Is there anything you can kindly advice on how to do this. Thank you.

I think you have set them up not correctly as that should not happen

It's a fair point given the example product in this video would have already used 9 of 10 of those barcodes in the cheapest option

I would advice to just start with 1 marketplace first. Don't overcomplicate and make your life harder then it should be at the start ;)

For all four reactions you need four UPC.
