1999 Hayabusa Clutch Master/Slave Cylinder Rebuild

Quick video of me rebuilding the clutch master/slave cylinders of the Hayabusa. So now I am just waiting for the new braided hoses to arrive and that will be the hydraulic systems all refurbed.

How did u bleed hydrologic fluid???

There are various ways. Personally I use a vacuum pump to suck the fluid through but you can use a syringe connected to the bleed nipple and pump fluid in from the other end. It can take a while if bleeding a totally dry system, I will do a video on the different ways of bleeding really soon 👍

What is that red grease you are using?

Any red rubber grease will do, a lot of rebuild kits come with a little pack of it. It’s not expensive if not and you really don’t need much of it 👍
