It’s awesome to see Platybelodon in Carnivores! I mentioned it in the last video but I love proboscideans, so seeing them represented here is so cool!
Platybelodon is probably my favorite FMM proboscidean atm, not that there are even that many to begin with 😂

Yeah, all these interesting prehistoric animals are all well and good but what I really wish this game had was just like a normal bear. Preferably a uniformly brown one, the most average looking bear you’ve ever seen. That or a pig. Those would take the excitement to the next level!

Yeah they based the old texture off of the WWB skin, now it’s based on an old Heinrich Harder painting, iirc

Did they fix the weirdness where if you bring all the weapons then you can't select the top level one?
Not in the beta 2.1 release, it still uses the speed patch that prevents the last weapon from being selected. There is an unofficial MEE release that fixes this, tho!

Amazing job as always, this mod is one of my favorites I loved studying about dinosaurs and Cenozoic mammals since I was 3_4
I just have a little question and I will really appreciate it if you answer, I want to make some of the animals in some of the mods more aggressive using the res file, but I don't know what state should I change
( Pay attention that I want to do this with the res file, not in game settings )
In the _RES file, under each animal’s section, it should have an “aggress” setting. Setting that number higher will make them more aggressive

Do you like hunting games? Carnivores might not appeal to you if you're not into hunting games. That, and that a lot of the appeal of Carnivores these days comes from the lore haha

On earth, yes, but Carnivores takes place on an alien planet where all sorts of prehistoric animals live together at the same time
