19:35 The murder missile schematis is OP IMO. It gives you extremely long range, and if/when you also have the other one giving you +80 % damage w/ larger AOE, you still hit every enemy with 2-3 rounds. But you must be careful to not pick up too many AOE upgrades from the fabricator or it's too easy to hit yourself 😀

Pretty sure you couldn't attack Don because he was within the time "window" of launch
